When the timing fuze verification equipment simulates the timing fuze starting signal, the transient surge will interfere with the starting signal, resulting in inaccurate timing starting signal detection and time error. Through the Multisim process simulation of the timing starting point signal simulation module in the device, combined with the 'Miller platform' effect of the NMOSFET device, the value of the parallel capacitor CGD’ of the designed transient surge suppression circuit is studied. When CGD’ is 0.2uf, it can effectively suppress the surge, thus ensuring the accuracy of the timing starting point of the timing fuze.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
