A modified ejector model for entrainment ratios calculation is proposed based on the sokolov’s ejector model and experiment data obtained by Huang et al. This model has a good performance in predicting the maximum entrainment ratios of ejectors at design conditions. The computer program base on the model returns maximum entrainment ratios for R141b and R134a at different generation and condensation temperatures. Based on the analysis of the calculation results, it is found that the entrainment ratio increases with the increasing of generation temperature for R141b when the generation temperature is below 100°C, whereas, it reaches maximum at about 85°C for R134a.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
