the association between POS and anxious symptoms. Conclusions: POS, PsyCap, hope, resilience and optimism could be effective resources for reducing depressive and anxious symptoms. PsyCap, hope, resilience and optimism act as moderators and mediators in the associations of POS with depressive and anxious symptoms. Managers should promote supportive settings and investment in PsyCap to improve workers' mental health. Underground coal mining remains one of the most dangerous occupations worldwide. Underground coal miners have to work in a confined space and perform multiple tasks, and they always face a variety of threats from physical agents, such as noise, vibration, temperature, humidity, and radiation. Additionally, many occupational psychosocial risk factors (e.g., job stress, insufficient social support, interpersonal conflict, work-life interference, and threat perception) are caused by poor production organization and management in underground coal mining 1,2) . The safety and health of underground miners are threatened seriously by their complex working conditions. However, most previous studies mainly focused on physical health of underground miners, and very few studies have paid attention to mental health in this population. Existing research on the mining workforce indicate that they suffer severe mental health problems, especially depression and anxiety 3−5) . Underground coal miners were found to suffer from more severe mental health problems than surface workers from the same coal mine 5) . Thus, more attention should be paid to protection of the mental health of underground miners. MicroRNA408 (miR408) is an ancient and highly conserved miRNA, which is involved in the regulation of plant growth, development and stress response. However, previous research results on the evolution and functional roles of miR408 and its targets are relatively scattered, and there is a lack of a systematic comparison and comprehensive summary of the detailed evolutionary pathways and regulatory mechanisms of miR408 and its targets in plants. Here, we analyzed the evolutionary pathway of miR408 in plants, and summarized the functions of miR408 and its targets in regulating plant growth and development and plant responses to various abiotic and biotic stresses. The evolutionary analysis shows that miR408 is an ancient and highly conserved microRNA, which is widely distributed in different plants. miR408 regulates the growth and development of different plants by down-regulating its targets, encoding blue copper (Cu) proteins, and by transporting Cu to plastocyanin (PC), which affects photosynthesis and ultimately promotes grain yield. In addition, miR408 improves tolerance to stress by down-regulating target genes and enhancing cellular antioxidants, thereby increasing the antioxidant capacity of plants. This review expands and promotes an in-depth understanding of the evolutionary and regulatory roles of miR408 and its targets in plants.
At present, the total mileage of Anhui's high-speed rail ranks first in China. The high-speed rail has brought a new development path to Anhui's economy, but it is also accompanied by challenges. Hefei City, located in the center of Anhui, has the largest high-speed rail station in Anhui - Hefei South Railway Station. In the future, it will also form a super "clock-shaped" high-speed rail radiation network pattern in 13 directions. Based on the data of Anhui's urban economic development, this project adopts the methods of comparative analysis and literature research, and uses dynamic comparison, content analysis, and bibliometric methods to obtain the process and law of economic development in Hefei, Anhui under the influence of high-speed rail economy, and the impact on Hefei's economic development. The current situation and direction are analyzed and summarized, and on this basis, the path and countermeasures for further reasonable development of Hefei in the era of high-speed rail economy are proposed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
