One of the stages in drying the nutmeg is drying the nutmeg in the afternoon which is directly illuminated by the sun. The nutmeg owners in South Aceh is very difficult to get information about rain falling during the day if they are outside or are not in the nutmeg drying area. The process of monitoring the occurrence of rain during the drying of the nutmeg has been done manually by monitoring or seeing the state of the sky when it is cloudy. The purpose of this research is to create a rain monitoring system based on the “Internet of things” internet to make it easier for nutmeg owners to get information about rain falling from a distance. This research uses nodeMCU which functions as a controller of a rain monitoring system, a raindrop sensor as a rain detection sensor. The working system of the rain monitoring tool is by connecting the nodeMCU to the led light and if the raindrop sensor is exposed to rain then the led light will turn on or light up and the raindrop sensor reads the data point. If the data point is read 1024, it indicates that the condition is not raining, while if the data point value is 700 -1023, it indicates the condition of the drizzle, and the data point value from 0-600 indicates the heavy rain condition. The raindrop sensor sends data points to the ThingsIO.AI website as a condition notification that the nutmeg drying area is drizzling, heavy rain, or no rain. For monitoring of nutmeg drying area, it can be accessed remotely via the “website ThingsIO.AI” using smartphones and computers that are connected by the internet. Based on the results of testing the average data point delivery time is 1 minute and the value of the data point obtained is 488-1009
Automatic cocoa fermentation design is expected to facilitate the work of cocoa farmers during the process of reversing and stirring cocoa fermentation based on the right temperature. Fermentation process is of course done in a box or sack so that chocolate quickly produces heat and is cemented. However, in certain conditions, especially when in sacks there are often obstacles in the stirring process. Often the fermented chocolate experiences weathering or moldyness due to the uneven reversal that causes chocolate to clot, causing weathering or moldiness and produce an unpleasant odor and unattractive color on the cocoa beans. To overcome this problem a tool that automatically can turn or stir the cocoa beans evenly. This device is controlled by Arduino Uno R3 with a sensor that is an LM35 temperature sensor and has an LCD output and DC motor. This tool uses Relay to adjust the delay when driving a DC motor. The working principle of this tool, when the LM35 temperature sensor receives heat conditions on the cocoa beans, the LCD will display the condition of the temperature while the relay will instruct the DC motor to move the Cocoa Fermentation rail rotating left or right. The purpose of making this tool is to create a tool that can help alleviate the work of cocoa farmers in cocoa bean stirring activities at the time of cocoa bean fermentation controlled by Arduino.
Tape is a traditional food that is consumed by many people. Tape made using yeast by fermenting for 3-4 days covered with banana leaves to produce a sweet taste. Besides that the tape also contains alcohol from the fermentation of yeast and rice, if you consume too much tape, the body will feel hot because it does not know what percentage of the alcohol contained in the tape. To overcome such a thing, it is necessary to design a measuring device for alcohol content on food tape in order to know the percentage of alcohol on the tape. The Arduino Uno-based Alcohol Percentage Detection Device Design Series consists of three parts, namely the input part, the control part and the display part. Created to simplify the process of designing Alcohol Percentage Detection Devices on Food based on Arduino Uno. Where the MQ3 sensor is used as an input to get the alcohol percentage from the tape, Arduino Uno can be programmed in real time and the percentage data results will be displayed on LCD I2 Inc. Based on the test results it can be concluded that the MQ3 sensor which functions as an input and outputs sound in the form of a buzzer. The LCD functions as showing the percentage of alcohol on the tape. Tests that have been carried out get the results of the percentage of alcohol content on tape with five consecutive days of testing with an average of 22%, 39%, 46%, 57%, and 67%.
Security is a state in which people or things feel safe from ominous or unsettling hazards, which will then cause them to feel at ease and comfortable. There are many ways to achieve security, one of which is via utilizing and deploying technology. The use of security technology has advanced quickly in recent years, from low-tech to high-tech techniques. By using Arduino as a circuit controller to process input from a vibrating sensor and 4x4 keypad, output to a solenoid as a charity box lock, and a buzzer that serves as an alarm in case of theft, technological or automated methods can reduce charity box theft and also increase the security of charity box locks. The charity box security system tool is made to prevent the theft of charity boxes, which frequently happens in mosques. If someone tries to steal the charity box, an alarm will go off, and you need a pin that has been programmed on an Arduino Ide and stored in EEPROM to open the charity box cover, so this tool can stop charity box theft in mosques.
The similarity calculation is a basic function which is used by a wide range of information processing applications such as searching for clustering and classification. There are different types of relationships can be used to reinforce the value of the similarity of data objects in pairs and to help improve the quality of the calculation of similarity between data objects. It is helpful to keep track of how relationships between data objects used to measure the similarity of data objects. Results of this study can showed that the Unified Relationship Matrix (URM) can be used to provide heterogeneous data objects and the linkages between each object data in an integrated manner.
