The purpose of this study is to describe a business model that can be applied to the SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic with Business Model Canvas approach so that SMEs can survive (Business Resilience). This research uses a qualitative method, with literature studies taken from several sources both printed and electronic media, books, and research results accessed from various electronic journals. The data analysis used is content meta-analysis through an interactive procedure consisting of four stages: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The business model that can be applied to SMEs is the Business Model Canvas. Three important elements of business resilience are product excellence, people behavior, and process reliability, Business resilience is supported by digital transformation. Digital transformation exists when new digital skills emerge and digital tools are adopted. The right digitalization strategy is needed in achieving business goals and developing SME products or services to be more competitive. Competitive advantage is related to cultural diversity, plurality and social motivation. In the process of digital transformation, the correct digital infrastructure testing is required. By using the appropriate technology for system resilience, a business can carry out its digital transformation and create digital resilience.

This study aims to see the effect of Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Commitment, the effect of entrepreneurial commitment on performance, the influence of self on business performance with entrepreneurial commitment as a mediating variable in MSMEs. This research was conducted on UMKM entrepreneurs in Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research that aims to test theories or research that reject or reject theories or reject the results of pre-existing research. The data technique used a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 70 entrepreneurs at UMKM in Malang. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed a significant influence between commitment and commitment to entrepreneurial commitment, entrepreneurial commitment had a significant effect on business performance, self-efficacy had no direct effect on business performance, and entrepreneurial commitment had a mediating role between self-influence on business performance
This study aims to know the best practice cooperative learning method, that suitable for economics and business mathematics course learning in Muhammadiyah Malang University. The specific goals of this study are: (1) Improving students of class 1-D in Management Department of Muhammadiyah Malang University’s learning participation in sequence and series subject matter using cooperative learning with Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method in the odd semester of 2017/2018, and also (2) Improving Improving students of class D in Management Department of Muhammadiyah Malang University's comprehension about sequence and series subject matter using cooperative learning with Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method in the odd semester of 2017/2018. The results of this study show that learning activities using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method has been proven can improve student's learning participation and comprehension in sequence and series subject matter of economics and business mathematics course.Keywords: Cooperative learning, Team Games Tournament, Economics and Business Mathematics
