Patient safety has been recognized as an issue of global importance over the last 10 years. Unsafe primary and outpatient care results in greater morbidity, higher use of health services, and economic costs. All medical procedures against patients have their own risks. Of course, there is no single health worker or doctor who wants his patient to experience unwanted risks. Therefore, patient safety must be prioritized in every medical treatment by reporting Patient Accident Incidents (IKP), especially primary services or Public Health Center. Patient safety is an important key for every health facility. COMMUNITY SERVICE activities are carried out at UPT Public Health Center Bajoe Kel. Bajoe district. Tanete Riattang Timr Kab. Bones. Aims to explore the perception of Public Health Center officers on IKP and their reporting as well as increase knowledge about the types of IKP and their reporting. The results obtained from this Community Service are that the health officer understands the types of IKP and their reporting and understands the importance of policies and SOPs related to IKP reporting in primary health facilities such as Public Health Center.
Sexual dysfunction in women is an important reproductive health issue as it relates to the survival of a woman's reproductive function and has a major impact on the harmony of marital relationships. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Belle Vie Transfer Factor on Sexual Dysfunction in Premenopausal Women in Makassar City. The research method is qualitative with phenomenology approach. Based on the research, there were 6 people who consisted of 4 people The results showed that the sexual dysfunction experienced by the informant did not make the mother to stop consuming TF belle vie because according to the informant although in the use of TF belle vie sometimes make the passion decrease did not dampen his desire to use TF belle vie consumption TF belle vie used informant is in accordance with their wishes -something. There are also informants who say that TF belle vie is good for use especially premenopausal women, but basically, all informants using TF belle vie receive well despite complaints such as sexual dysfunction. It is expected that the health officer in charge to improve the performance and attention in giving counseling especially about the use of TF belle vie
Breast milk (ASI) is a natural food that can be renewed, provides a complete source of nutrition for babies, protects mothers and children from disease, and has anti-inflammatory properties. One of the first steps towards a healthy and prosperous life is breastfeeding and to increase milk production, pregnant women can consume banana blossoms, which are a type of plant that contains laktagogums which have the potential to stimulate oxytocin and prolactin hormones such as alkaloids. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of banana buds on the adequacy of breast milk in infants less than 6 months of age in terms of weight gain. The research method is a quasi-experimental research using a two group pre and post test design, with a total sample of 20 samples divided into 2 groups. The results showed that the average increase in baby weight in the experimental group before being given banana heart vegetables, the mean was 5.090 and after being given the banana flower, it increased to a mean of 5.590 with a mean difference of 0.50 while the average increase in baby weight in the control group was 4.98 increased to 5,130 with a difference of 0.15. From the results of the independent T test, it can be seen that the p value of 0.02 < 0.05 means that there is a significant difference in the average weight gain of infants in the treatment group given banana heart with the control group not given any treatment.
In Indonesia, exclusive breastfeeding is still far from achieving the target set by the government. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2016 decreased where in 2013 the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding was reached 38% to 29.5%. One of the factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding is the perception of breastfeeding mothers on the adequacy of their breast milk. In this community service activity, it is to increase the perception of breastfeeding mothers about the adequacy of breast milk production. The activities are carried out by providing exclusive breastfeeding health education, assessing the adequacy of breast milk, factors affecting breast milk production, ways to increase milk production. The target of this service is to breastfeeding mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months so that they can directly help increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Pakkasalo Village. After education, there was an increase in knowledge of mothers about the adequacy of breastfeeding by 3.32 points. Thus, counseling is one way to help people change their attitudes and behavior to be healthier independently.
