Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh semakin ketatnya persaingan yang terjadi di dunia usaha tanpa terkecuali usaha transportasi online, sehingga perusahaan harus berlomba-lomba dalam meningkatkan kualitas didalam perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek yang penting dan paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan harus mengelola dengan baik agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "Apakah fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi dan iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja driver GrabBike di Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi?", Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh masing-masing variabel fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi dan iklim kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner tehadap 100 responden. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. hasil uji t pada penelitian ini yaitu variabel fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel iklim kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian uji f menunjukkan bahwa hasil fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi dan iklim kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja driver GrabBike di Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi.
Human resource management is an essential field of study in the company because the problems faced are not only raw materials, capital, work tools, and production but emphasize the problems of human resources who run and manage employee performance factors. This study aimed to measure how much impact situational leadership style has on employee performance with the mediating role of employee engagement. This study uses the principle of explanatory research to test 83 respondents and the influence between variables in a structural model that seeks to examine the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The analysis method in this study uses a structural analysis approach where the processing uses PLS software. This study consists of two exogenous variables, namely Situational Leadership Style, two endogenous variables consisting of one Mediation variable, Employee Engagement, and one dependent variable, Employee Performance. The data source used in this study uses primary data. The data collection process is carried out to get input from respondents and the research sample per the research design and variables. This research results in the direct and indirect positive influence of situational leadership style on employee performance, and employee involvement also positively influences employee performance.
