Most of us spend a large part of using quotas on social media applications, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube as social media channels . Covid-19 has bridged the rapidly increasing use of social media / internet, the existence of a distance learning system (online) proving that this pandemic has focused on learning shifting from conventional to distance or online (in the network). The writing method uses a qualitative paradigm with a descriptive approach. Discussion 1. Covid-19 Era Digital Activism 2. Covid-19 Effects on Learning Systems 3. Health Effects of Distance or Online Learning Models (in network). Conclusion: COVID-19 spread in Indonesia in early March 2020. The spread of this virus causes losses to many countries, especially in the economic field. In the field of education, COVID-19 also changed the learning model drastically; all learning activities are carried out online starting from elementary school level to university level. Health effects need to be considered in the present, so it is hoped that every social actor understands and overcomes the effects of the use of media in distance learning.
Injuries to sports activities can have a negative impact on physical activities. Sports injuries include physical injuries that usually occur during physical activity, whether amateur or professional. Football is a type of sport that has a high intensity and requires good physical endurance. This sport is very susceptible to injury. First aid training in the form of handling injuries can be seen as an important skill for the formation and training of needed experts, in this case trainers. The purpose of first aid techniques in the form of handling injuries are as follows; protect the further life of the individual, prevent adverse injury situations, and recover in the form of rehabilitation. The activity was carried out on February 16, 2022 at the Kampi Hotel Surabaya. The number of participants who took part in this community service activity was 73 football coaches, members of PSSI East Java.
There have been many criticisms against the concept of smart city development, which only emphasizes technology. Implementing a smart city requires the involvement of a complex social sphere. Therefore, it cannot be separated from its smart citizens. Meanwhile, technology is the only tool in a smart city. Smart city development then shifts the planning paradigm to become more participative, creative, innovative, and collaborative. Smart citizens freely open up network space, establish communication, and collaborate with stakeholders to find the best solution for the problems in their settlements, including in the urban kampong. The researchers found the collaborative planning process of urban kampong development in the Surabaya Smart City (SSC) program. This kampong improvement program was initiated by the Surabaya City Government in 2019 and continues in 2020 despite the pandemic. After going through the selection and judging stages, Sambi Arum Kampong received the best kampong title in the program. This study aimed to determine how the collaborative planning process took place in the Sambi Arum Kampong during the pandemic. The researchers collected the data through in-depth interviews and literature reviews, which was then analyzed qualitatively using the deductive content-analysis method. This study explains that we can achieve collaborative smart city planning during a pandemic through flexible local institutional design and communication technology.
The Provincial Association of All-Indonesian Football Associations in East Java as the Association of Football Associations, has duties and responsibilities in managing, developing and advancing East Java football. One of the problems faced by the Provincial Association is the first treatment of sports injuries. New football coaches receive training on Basic Life Support and First Aid for injuries/traumas when participating in C-licenced trainer certification while becoming a coach at a football school does not require a C-licence qualification. The purpose of this study was to determine the skills and abilities of football coaches regarding Basic Life Support and First Aid for injuries to players when the medical team is not available so that permanent disability and athlete death can be avoided. The method used is a survey method by assessing the skills of Football School coaches in understanding Basic Life Support and First Aid. The results show that only 12 have heard/done 38.7% of First Aid training. Of the 31 coaches, 18 people understand what to do to check consciousness when a player faints are 58.1%. How to free the airway in players suspected of having neck injuries, only 13 coaches knew about 41.9%. Only 12 coaches knew how to free the airway in players without neck injuries by 38.7%. 15 trainers who know the maximum time for breathing examinations are 48.4%.
Epidemiology of NSAIDs gastropathy is increasing as increase number of usage. From arthritis to cardiovascular events and cancer prevention, the versatility of NSAIDs is not questioned. However, no dose of NSAIDs is safe. No matter low dose, or single use, NSAIDs will cause gastric damage upto 3-7 days after use. In inflammation and healing process of gastropathy there were various proteins involved, but treatment with COX-2 and SRF were associated with an immediate healing and better quality of gastric mucosa. Cyclea barbata (miers.) has been declared as a functional food for preventing and treatment gastropathy yet, its mechanism of actions have not yet clearly discovered. Hence the aim of this study is to analyze the effects of Cyclea barbata (miers.) ethanol extract to COX-2 and SRF in gastric tissue, in time series basis. Laboratory mice were induced with aspirin to produce gastropathy and then treated with Cyclea barbata (miers.) extract for 1, 3, 7, 10 or 14 days. Gastric tissue then harvested and analysed with elisa procedure to determine tissue SRF and COX-2 level. Treatment was proven to increase COX-2 and SRF higher than the control group. This concludes one of Cyclea barbata (miers.) mechanism for NSAIDs gastropathy is by increasing tissue COX-2 and SRF.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
