Industrial system involves physical and chemical treatment as well as biological processes. Therefore, waste treatment systems such as the industrial effluents depend on the activities of communities of living organism. In this study, an attempt was made on the identification of the bacterial population involved in different industrial effluents. A total of thirty bacterial strains were isolated from glass, textile and pharmaceutical effluent samples on L.B. agar plates. A few, however, were re-cultured on other recommended media for verification of diagnostic characteristics. Maximum numbers of bacterial species were isolated from textile effluent. The results showed that a gramnegative bacillus with a yellow pigment was considered as a major group of the population. These are also being used in different waste water and metal treatment plants all over the world. Keywords: Bacterial identification; industrial effluents; gram negative. Pakistan is a country that has been facing the biggest problem of gender inequality since its inception and has been considered one of the worst performers for decades, especially in terms of women's economic empowerment. Strategic analysis shows that this threat is the result of religious misrepresentation as well as many political, socio-economic and cultural barriers. Rendering to world economic forum report of 2018, Pakistan is classified 148th out of 149 countries. In Pakistan, women, who make up about half of the population, are deprived of basic services such as domestic violence, poverty, poor health, economic dependence and low literacy rates, with little difference between metropolitan and rural life. At the same time, this research should carefully address this issue and point out that legal reforms are necessary and indispensable for the participation of women in the economic development of the country. This will be a first stride to provide objective measure of how specific regulations, implementation and protection of inheritance of property right affect women’s inclusive participation in economic development. The study is correlated to new index introduced by WBL2019 which is structured around eight indicators that encompass different stages of women’s working life, provide essential grounds for economic standing of women, the particular emphasis will be on seventh indicator that is managing assets that involves ownership and inheritance of property. Special persons are a disregarded social and economic underclass often observed by the public as annoying, dependent persons in need of aid and misfortune, which influences on them by preserving their downgraded status. The article relates to the special persons, i.e. disabled blind, physically handicapped, and even hard of hearing persons who deserve special attitude and care not only from social services center but also from the government agencies which are particularly meant to provide all possible help and courage to such most deserving people of the society. Toward the start of the 21st century, not every single influenced nation give the vital direction to young people, appropriate mindfulness, care and adolescence. This research is comparative analysis of the legal frame work on the rights of the persons with disabilities in Pakistan. The rights of special persons in Pakistan continued to be violated. Individuals with incapacities likewise confront numerous social, monetary, physical and political handicaps, blocking their opportunity of development in the public arena. The concept of Human Rights has evolved over the time. With the human rights violations on the international level, the urge to create uniform human rights charters and treaties has increased. The main reason was the surging violations which lead the world community to devise some strategies and to create such internationally binding treaties which will ensure the protection of Human Rights. The very first in this series was the United Nations charter. But the very first document pertaining to human rights exclusively was the United Nations declaration on Human Rights (UDHR) which was formulated in year 1948. This declaration, although not binding in nature, is of extreme importance because it inculcates nearly all the basic human rights guarantees.Enforced disappearances is not just an offence which violates a single right, rather it is an offence which violates a set of basic human rights. In this way the severity of the offence increases.
