Pengelolaan bank sampah pada masyarakat Nagari Ulakan perlu dilakukan sebagai solusi dalam pengurangan sampah, pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan wisata akan meningkatkan jumlah sampah di Nagari Ulakan. Bukan hanya material sampahnya yang menjadi masalah, akan tetapi pembuangan, pengelolaan, dan pengolahan sampah terkadang menjadi masalah serius yang perlu ditangani dengan baik di Nagari ini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan keberadaan bank sampah bisa memberikan solusi terbaik dalam pencapaian target pengurangan sampah di Nagari Ulakan Kecamatan Tapakis Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Pengelolaan bank sampah dilakukan untuk mendukung Go Green Concept melalui penyuluhan mengenai sosialisasi bank sampah, pengertian, kegunaan, dan tahap-tahap proses persiapan pembentukan bank sampah. Pada penyuluhan ini juga diperkenalkan jenis-jenis sampah, proses pemilahan sampah, contoh-contoh pengolahan sampah kertas dan plastik. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan dalam tahap pembentukan manajemen bank sampah dan operasional bank sampah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berkurangnya jumlah sampah serta terbentuknya bank sampah di Nagari Ulakan dan meningkatnya kepedulian masyarakat akan pengelolaan sampah.

The authority of the notary is very susceptible of legal violations. The role of the supervisory board is very important to maintain the notary profession in carrying out the authority. Law enforcement is urgently needed when a violation arises, in which a troubled notary must be sanctioned. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the transfer process of notary’s place of work, 2) to find out the notary’s responsibility after the transfer of his/ her place of work toward the completeness of the notary protocol, 3) to find out the legal consequences if a notary, who does the transfer of his/ her place of work, does not complete the notary protocol in the area of West Sumatra. This study applies juridical empirical approach using secondary and primary data types. The Regional Supervisory Board of Padang City mentioned that the causes of legal violations committed by a notary in Padang City are that (1) the notary likes to accept a work that is not in accordance with the date stated in the deed and (2) the notary often does not see the client directly. Prevention for legal violations committed by the notaries in Padang City can be carried out by conducting socialization and direct observation to the field. If a legal violation committed by a notary occurs, the action that needs to be taken is to carry out the inspection process to prove whether or not the notary has committed a violation.

This study applies juridical empirical approach using secondary and primary data types. The Regional Supervisory Board of Padang City mentioned that the factors causing legal violations committed by the notaries in Padang City are that (1) the notary likes to accept a work that is not in accordance with the date stated in the deed and (2) the notary often does not see the client directly. Legal violations committed by notaries in Padang City can be prevented by conducting socialization and direct observation in the field. The action that can be taken if legal violations committed by notaries occurs is to carry out the inspection process in order to prove whether or not the notary has committed a violation.

The Regional Supervisory Council has a strategic role in maintaining the Notary profession in carrying out its position. This article aims to examine to what extent the role of the regional notary supervisory council in preventing violations of Notary law in Padang City. This study uses a juridical-empirical approach with data in the form of secondary data and primary data. This study focuses on several things about what factors cause legal violations by Notaries in Padang City, what is the role of the Regional Supervisory Council in preventing legal violations by Notaries in Padang City, and what actions are taken by the Regional Supervisory Council against Notaries who commit violation of the law by a Notary in Padang City. The results of the research study show that the factors that cause legal violations committed by notaries in the city of Padang are notaries who like to accept jobs that are not in accordance with the date the deed was made and the notaries often do not come face to face with clients, in preventing legal violations by notaries in the city. Padang, namely with the socialization and going directly to the field. Actions taken if there is a violation of the law by a Notary, namely carrying out an examination process in order to prove whether the Notary has committed a violation or not.

Nowadays, the questions arise regarding to the appointment of district head as the Temporary Land Deed Official. Land Deed Official is a special position and it needs good guidance on the officers who become Land Deed Official. The aim of this writing is to know and to research the law effectiveness done by the District Head as the Temporary Land Deed Official and the problems faced by the District Head in his role as the Temporary Land Deed Official in the proses of land registration. The approach method that will be used in this research is judicial empirical approach method. The specification of this research is analytical descriptive. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The research result shows that the District Head as the Temporary Land Deed Official is still not useful for the community in Agam Regency especially in the District of Ampek Angkek and Banuhampu. Besides, there will be absolutely obstacles faced by the district head in running his duties as the Temporary Land Deed Official followed by his main duties which are as the head of district where the district head runs his duties and responsibilities.
