In the paper, an analysis is performed to study the unsteady behaviour of micropolar fluid under mixed convection and mass transfer. In the process of study, similarity transformational approach has been considered under variable viscosity and thermal conductivity. Governing equations for the problem concerned are developed under prescribed constraints and latter on numerically solved by using Runge-Kutta method. The residual graphs represent various important parameters of the problem, viz., velocity, temperature, microrotation, concentration of the fluid and also considered the effects of Soret and Dufour within the boundary layers and analyzed.
