This report summarizes the FY 1984 activities of the Metallurgy Division of the National Bureau of Standards. The research centers upon the structure-processing-properties relations of metals and alloys, and on the methods of their measurement. Task efforts comprise studies of synchrotron radiation research for materials characterization, metallurgical processing, wear and mechanical properties, chemical metallurgy, corrosion and protection of metals, electrodeposition, and nondestructive characterization.METALLURGY DIVISION (450)
The 80th Annual Meeting of the National Conference on Weights and Measures (NCWM) was held July 16 through 20, 1995, at the Holiday Inn By the Bay, Portland, Maine.
