In the first: part, the authors deve bop a numerical method for determining the magnetic vector potential of a rotating mr Lt i p o La r current wave, using a special function that generalizes the elliptical integrals used traditionally to calculate the vector potential of a homopolar wave. They then apply this reau I t to the determination of the currents induced in a discoid rotor rotating uniformly in the rotating vector potential of a three-phase excitation winding. They go on to plot the descriptive curve for the cyclic impedance of this asynchronous machine as a function of slip.
Abstract. 2014 We propose in this paper a 3-D magnetic fields calculation, when, in the studied domain, there is a iron-air lamination. This model is applied to a variational finite elements method. The iron nonlinearity is considered and a Newton-Raphson method for this 3-D anisotropic problem is described.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
