Реферат. В настоящих условиях реализации экономических ориентиров развития электроэнергетической сферы минимизация производственных издержек представляет собой одно из ключевых направлений повышения конкурентных преимуществ энергопредприятий. При определении конкретной модели приобретения электрической энергии на розничном рынке требуется учитывать условия режима потребления электрической энергии, сбытовых надбавок генерирующих поставщиков, активность региональных энергосбытовых организаций, ценовой диапазон и масштабы реализации розничной генерации, реальную стоимость вывода продукта на оптовый рынок. Ряд положений, относительно специфики управления приобретением электроэнергии, регламентированные Правительством Российской Федерации, обеспечивают оптимизацию процессов энергоменеджмента в части снижения затрат производства, учитывая факторы составляющих элементов цены на электроэнергию и услуги инфраструктурных организаций,что позволяет увеличить экономическую эффективность хозяйственной деятельности энргопредприятия. The article considers the conceptual framework of the content essence of competition, the conditions for the formation of approaches for high competitiveness of business entities as the main element of the functioning of the market economy. The article analyzes the current state of the competitive market space in Russia. A comparative assessment of the state of the Russian competitive environment in 2016 and 2020 is carried out in the context of: determining the areas with the highest (and lowest) degree of influence on the competitive market, guidelines for strengthening competitive positions, positive effects of competition for business entities, etc. The key directions of increasing the competitiveness of business entities are formulated. An up-to-date set of methods for assessing competitiveness is presented. The advantages of healthy competition in the system of market relations for the growth of the welfare of economic entities, the economic development of the country and, accordingly, the improvement of the standard of living of the population are determined. In Russia, at present, the development and implementation of state programs for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the regions is insufficient for the formation of an effective competitive market environment for the economy in the regions. While the development of healthy competitive relations allows the most effective impact on market mechanisms in the regions, and also contributes to the sustainable development of socio-economic, technical areas of the economy. And the key task of the state in this case is to provide opportunities for realizing the competitive potential of the region, that is, its readiness for effective competition and sustainable functioning of a certain competitive market environment. The formation of such an environment ensures the effectiveness of interregional and international relations of the region, which leads to positive effects in the socio-economic development of the state as a whole.

The foreign experience of corporate training is analyzed, which identifies ways to improve labor activity, maintain labor discipline, increase the level of labor motivation, develop corporate culture and increase the employee loyalty at industrial enterprises. The structure of personnel training methods at the enterprise is schematically presented. The article substantiates the need for the formation of a qualified human resource that provides the company with the growth of economic indicators of production activity, a high degree of competitiveness in the industry market, and a positive image of the organization
The article examines the substantive aspects of the essence of the concept of "digital economy", the prerequisites for its formation, factor influence and interdependence of structural elements. The concept of "digital economy" is a relatively new and extremely important phenomenon, the scope of which is expressed in double-digit annual growth rates in the global economy. The instrumental set of the main constituent elements of digitalization and their characteristic features, advantages and disadvantages of using virtual currency in the business sector, the real situation in the practice of using the digitalization toolkit of the economic system are analyzed. Potential positive and negative effects of scenarios for the development of the digital economy in the context of regulating the development of the digital economy are formulated. The prospects for the development of digital technologies in the context of the effective functioning of the socio-economic system of the state are determined. The analysis and concretization of digitalization components allows us to state the rapid popularization of the digital economy in all sectoral areas of economic activity, the active inclusion of its elements in the processes of social life and dynamic development. The digital economy sets the vector along which socio-economic systems of micro-, meso-, macro-levels will develop in the long term, which necessitates research and a comprehensive analysis of the digitalization processes in various areas of management.
The article analyzes the aspects of the development of innovation engineering as a tool for maximizing the profit of an enterprise, including through the implementation of diversification measures (the use of various types of engineering in the design of innovative solutions). The feasibility of developing engineering services as an optimal solution to minimize losses from the COVID-19 pandemic has been determined. An overview of key indicators of Russian engineering is presented, the characteristic specifics of the integration of innovations in the project format in the context of engineering are substantiated. Aspects of engineering activities lie in the field of innovative characteristics of the project, in this connection, it is logical to consider engineering as "engineering innovations" - as a set of works performed and / or services provided within the framework of the formation of a project, of an innovative nature (including creation, execution, promotion of a project regarding the object of innovation). The article schematically presents the structural elements of the complex of works performed (services provided). Innovative design as a product of innovation engineering appears to be a significant tool in achieving high production rates and increasing the economic performance of a business entity. Given the nature of the negative impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on the economic environment in all sectors of the economy, innovative design, as meeting the need for innovative solutions (within the framework of engineering as a format for implementation), is seen as a promising option to increase production growth rates.
