С целью установления наличия барических фазовых переходов в интервале от 10 GPa до 50 GPa в гранулированной структуре Cd 3 As 2 + MnAs (MnAs-44.7%), состоящей из гранул ферромагнитного MnAs, помещенных в полупроводниковую матрицу Cd 3 As 2 , исследованы барические зависимости термоэдс, как одного из наиболее чувствительных к фазовым превращениям параметров. Abstract. Electrical and thermoelectrical properties of amorphous chalcogenides Cu 1-x Ag x GeAsSe 3 (x = 0.5-1.0) were examined in the temperature interval from 10 to 400 K at atmospheric pressure and at 300 K under pressures to 50 GPa. All the materials were found to exhibit ionic or mixed electronic-ionic conductivity.
