Solution processed metal oxides with the characteristics of low cost, high mobility and good transparency are promising materials for carrier transport layer of optoelectronic devices. So far, solar cells with...
We theoretically study the effect of traverse electric field on wave vector filtering (WVF) in a magnetically modulated nanostructure, which can be constructed by patterning ferromagnetic (FM) stripes on top and bottom of GaAs/Al[Formula: see text]Ga[Formula: see text]As heterostructure. Using the transfer matrix method, electric field-dependent transmission is calculated by using Weber function for electrons across the structure. We find that WVF efficiency is manipulable by adjusting direction or strength of electric field. Thus, an electrically-tunable momentum filtering device can be obtained.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
