Studies to rank e-Government were already performed by various organizations, aimed at measuring the level of success in e-government implementation within a country. A successful implementation in one country may not be directly applicable for adoption by other countries. There is no consensus of factors that significantly influence the success of egovernment implementation. On the other hand, investment in egovernment is increasing year by year. Using principal component analysis approach, the study explores the components of successful e-government implementation in Indonesia. The components identified from the analysis will be used in the formula to measure the level of e-government implementation.

Kreativitas dalam pembelajaran semakin dituntut agar peserta didik dengan cepat memahami capaian pembelajaran. Program Kampus Merdeka disambut dengan baik oleh insan pendidikan, segala persiapan dilakukan agar kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa. Salah satu program Kampus mereka adalah pertukaran pelajar, dimana Universitas Esa Unggul mendapat amanah melaksanakan khususnya di mata kuliah E-business. Beberapa Universitas yang mendaftar di matakuliah ini terdiri dari mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Universitas Bakrie dan Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. Pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah menerapankan project base dan problem base learning. Dimana metode pembelajaran ini melatih mahasiswa dapat menerapkan konsep e-business model Canvas yang diimplementasikan dalam usulan proyek bisnis. Untuk menyelesaikan proyek e-business tersebut tim dosen membagi dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil yang diharapkan muncul kemampuan kolaborasi dan komunikasi selain dari kemampuan teknis dalam pemodelan sistem. Hasil dari pemanfaatan trello dalam mata kuliah e-business ini adalah tim dosen dalam melihat dalam diskusi di card pada aplikasi trello yang  dibuat oleh masing-masing tim, melihat penetapan peran dan tanggung jawab dalam setiap tim dan melihat keaktifan anggota tim untuk saling berkontribusi dalam menyelesaikan proyek. Trello membantu tim dalam melakukan kolaborasi untuk menyelesaikan setiap tahap pengembangan e-business dengan mudah.

SPBE Governance is a framework that ensures the implementation of regulation, direction, and control in the integrated implementation of SPBE. This SPBE Governance aims to ensure that the SPBE elements consist of the National SPBE Master Plan, SPBE Architecture, SPBE Roadmap, SPBE Program Plan and Budget, Business Process, Data and Information, SPBE Infrastructure, SPBE Application, SPBE Security, and SPBE Services in order to achieve the objectives of the SPBE. In the implementation of all the elements of the SPBE, it is necessary to integrate and harmonize the National SPBE and the Regional SPBE, so that in this thesis research will be carried out the Governance of SPBE in Tangerang City. Based on the Decree of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia number 1503 of 2021 concerning "Electronic-Based Government System Evaluation Results at Ministries, Institutions, and Local Governments", the Tangerang City Evaluation Result Report received a good predicate, by accepting an SPBE Index at 3.40 maturity level. To maintain this condition, even to improve it, some tips are needed, especially in the SPBE Governance domain, namely the SPBE Strategic Planning aspect, the application of Information and Communication Technology aspects, and the SPBE Organizer aspect. From the results of the evaluation, there are several assessments that are categorized as weaknesses, so it is necessary to take holistic steps so that they can be strengthened. Nevertheless, assessments that have been categorized as strengths must still be considered by taking strategic steps so that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance can be realized quickly, accurately, measurably, and sustainably.

Teachers are one of the main components in the world of education where they have a role in improving the quality of education. Where the quality of this education can be seen from the quality of teachers, but the quality of teachers is not only determined by the way of teaching and learning in the classroom, therefore it is necessary to conduct an assessment of teacher performance to measure the duties and responsibilities and obligations of each teacher. So to make it easier to analyze data and see the quality of teachers, a dashboard is designed to monitor teacher performance assessments that have been set by Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi High School based on document studies and interviews with school principals. Dashboard is one solution to present data in the form of visualization which is considered to provide clarity of information to be conveyed. This dashboard design uses a user centric method to describe the end-user design process that influences how a design is formed by utilizing Google Data Studio which will present information based on key performance indicators in graphic form to make it more interactive and easy to understand.
