Objective: This article studies the initiatives of small organizations to advance intrapreneurship practices and considers the perception of employees in their contribution to business growth. It proposes a roadmap towards a shared vision of senior management and workers. Methodology: Under the principles of the case study, quantitative and qualitative data are analyzed, being a dynamic process that identifies emerging categories its own classification matrix. It also allows linking theory, action and reflection to improve the practice of microentrepreneurs when assuming intrapreneurship as part of their company. Results: the results determine that intrapreneurship is associated with the empowerment of employees, being a characteristic that is consolidated in parallel to the experience of the employer, the fulfillment of business objectives and the life project of the workers. the perspective of the companies studied, the need to consider intrapreneurship in the organization and make strategic planning based on the roadmap proposed in this article is evident. Practical implications: The study is useful in areas of strategic direction and human resource management, allowing the visualization of intrapreneurship as a way to stimulate leadership.

The definition of a user model supports personalization in computer-based systems. For a personalized system in health, which supports the promotion of healthy habits and lifestyles, in particular physical activity and healthy diet, a user model according to the ISO/TR 14292 standard for Personal Health Records [PHR] is proposed. The description of the standardized user model includes: a characterization of the user model; the proposed user model according to the ISO standard; the relationships and inferences of the user model; and reference architecture for the system to be developed. Finally, a prototype with a small dataset is implemented and some possible mockups supporting the proposed architecture are designed. Resumen El propósito de esta investigación es analizar las estrategias de acompañamiento a emprendimientos del municipio de Popayán (Cauca-Colombia), además de evaluar el efecto de su aplicación por parte de empresas públicas y privadas del municipio. Es una investigación de tipo descriptiva y corte transversal, que empleó dos tipos de instrumentos: cuestionarios y entrevistas. Estos recogieron las principales estrategias que las organizaciones brindan a los emprendimientos. La población está representada por 38 directivos de 11 organizaciones pertenecientes a la Red Regional de Emprendimiento del Cauca, y 17 emprendimientos que reciben acompañamiento a través de estas entidades. Como resultados se evidencia que las entidades enfocan sus estrategias hacia la articulación institucional, con la comunidad, la asociatividad, las competencias y programas de acompañamiento, mientras que los emprendedores se ven influenciados por la sensibilidad hacia el entorno, el fomento de relaciones y el reconocimiento de las instituciones. Este análisis aporta a la literatura administrativa, empresarial y abre paso a futuras investigaciones para emprendimientos de diferentes contextos.
