Model penugasan keperawatan digambarkan sebagai pendekatan terstruktur untuk mengatur pemberian  asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien guna memudahkan perawat dalam memprioritaskan asuhan keperawatan yang akan diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi perawat dan manajer tentang model penugasan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit Universitas Sumatera Utara. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 12 partisipan yang diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tiga kategori tematik, yaitu: model penugasan keperawatan yang digunakan di ruang rawat inap, keuntungan dari model penugasan keperawatan yang digunakan, kerugian dari model penugasan keperawatan yang digunakan. Diperlukan penguatan model keperawatan tim di ruang inap rumah sakit Universitas Sumatera Utara.   Kata kunci: persepsi perawat dan manager, model penugasan keperawatan   NURSE PERCEPTION AND MANAGER ABOUT NURSING ASSIGNMENT MODELS   ABSTRACT The nursing assignment model is described as a structured approach to regulating the provision of nursing care to patients to facilitate nurses in prioritizing nursing care to be provided. This study aims to explore the perceptions of nurses and managers about the nursing assignment model in the inpatient ward of the University of North Sumatra. The design of this study is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The number of samples used is as many as 12 participants taken through purposive sampling technique. The results of the study obtained three thematic categories, namely: the nursing assignment model used in the inpatient room, the advantages of the nursing assignment model used, the disadvantages of the nursing assignment model used. Pendahuluan: Kasus kanker pada anak menjadi penyebab kematian pada anak. Kanker yang banyak menyerang anak yaitu leukimia, Leukemia adalah penyakit keganasan sel darah yang ditandai dengan sel darah putih abnormal dalam sumsum tulang. Beberapa penderita kanker sangat rentan terhadap fatigue akibat kelelahan fisik dan mental yang disebabkan oleh proses terapi yang panjang akibat kemoterapi yang dilakukan secara terus menerus. Salah satu intervensi untuk penanganan kelelahan kemoterapi seperti latihan aerobik. Dampak latihan tersebut dibuktikan dapat mengurangi kelelahan dan meningkatkan kebugaran fisik pada pasien kanker. Tujuan: Memperkenalkan dan menerapkan latihan aerobic pada anak dengan kanker. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah kelelahan akibat kemoterapi, merumuskan solusi, melakukan sosialisasi dan membuat jadwal terstruktur dengan pengurus YKAKI. Selanjutnya pelaksanaan senam diikuti oleh 15 orang yang terdiri dari ibu pasien kanker, anak pasien kanker, dan pengurus YKAKI (Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia) dengan metode ceramah/penyuluhan tentang Latihan Fisik Sebagai Terapi Komplementer dan Modalitas dalam Mengatasi Kelelahan Pada Anak Kanker. Hasil: Responden menyatakan bahwa dengan melakukan latihan Aerobic membuat tubuh menjadi segar dan mengurangi kelelahan. Simpulan: Responden dapat memahami tentang kebugaran jasmani seperti latihan aerobic.

This plant has different names and varies depending on the region or region. Jackfruit plant is a plant that belongs to the annual fruit type, and is still related to Malvales and is also included in the ordoUrticales.  This study was conducted to find out how the comparison of jackfruit seed pulp (Artocarpus heterophyllus) with wheat flour on pie peel making on consumer acceptability. The research was conducted starting in March 2021 at the Bakery and Bakery Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. This study used experimental methods. Consumer acceptance tests were conducted on 30 untrained panelists to rate pie crusts for interior color, subtle flavor, buttery flavor, subtle flavor, sweetness, and texture. The results of consumer acceptance obtained by Friedman's test showed that there was no noticeable difference in sweetness, but there was a noticeable difference in the intense color, mash flavor, butter flavor, mash flavor and texture. Then continued with the Tuckey test with a significance value of α = 0.05 and showed that pie skin has a noticeable difference of 10%, 20-30% and a tendency to like pie skin compared to pure jackfruit seeds by 20%. Therefore the recommended treatment in this study was oilcake peel and compared to jackfruit seed puree 20%. The conclusion is that comparing jackfruit seed puree does not affect consumer acceptance of the sweet taste of pie peel.

Chronic kidney failure is a progressive and irreversible kidney damage in which there is an occurrence of being unable to transport the body’s metabolic waste or its regular functions, thus requiring hemodialysis therapy. Hemodialysis causes changes in body image such as physical weakness, nausea, vomiting, balance disorders, increased levels of uremic in the blood, muscle aches, and edema. This study aims to determine the body image of patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis. A descriptive quantitative research design was carried out in the Indonesian dialysis patient community (KPCD) Pekanbaru, the sample of this study was 49 respondents using a total sampling technique. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire body image variable from previous research. The analysis used was descriptive with a univariate test. The results showed that 57.1% of respondents had disturbed body images and 42.9% of respondents had undisturbed body images. It means that hemodialysis patients need nursing intervention to reduce disturbed body image. Keywords: body image, hemodialysis, renal failure
