The formulation of the problem in this study is the level of community satisfaction with services at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Polres Tana Toraja. The problem in this study is how the level of community satisfaction with services in SPKT. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction with services at the SPKT Polres Tana Toraja. The technique of collecting data in this study was by conducting observations, interviews, and questionnaires with 50 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is a quantitative descriptive method and the use of the Decree of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the preparation of community satisfaction surveys for service delivery units of government agencies. The results of this study are the level of community satisfaction with services at SPKT is in the good category with an IKM value of 80,834, because the value is between 76.61-88.30 which is in good service quality (B).
Since 2009, the business development of PT Smartfren Telecom has continued to suffer losses. Apart from the high competition, the losses experienced by PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk also comes from high operating expenses and also from foreign exchange losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of operating costs and exchange rates on revenue at PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk in 2017-2020. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a documentation technique based on the company's financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data which is data in the form of documents obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). For operational costs partially have a negative and significant effect on income while the exchange rate has a negative and insignificant effect on income. For simultaneous test results, operating costs and exchange rates have a significant effect on income.
In recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic spread to Indonesia, causing losses for most companies. However, pharmaceutical companies were able to survive the pandemic, The sector which will benefit the most from the pandemic is the pharmaceutical sector, as its sales have increased. As sales increase, stock prices, profits, dividends, and the value of the company all increase. Consequently, the goal of this research was to determine the impact of dividend policy, capital structure, and company size on the company value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2017-2021. This is a quantitative research design with a sampling technique which utilises the purposive sampling method to obtain 4 companies that meet the requirements as research samples. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data, with the independent variable dividend policy being measured with a measuring instrument (dividend payout ratio) DPR, Capital structure is measured using a DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) measuring instrument, company size is measured using a natural logarithm of total assets, and firm value is measured using a PBV (price to book value) measuring instrument. In the results of this research, dividend policy and company size were found to have no significant impact on company value, whereas the capital structure appears to have done.
Jewawut has been used by the community as a food ingredient for noodles, pastries, porridge, juice and health drinks. The barley plant is rich in protein which is equivalent to rice. Protein has many functions in our body, as a building block, regulating substance and producing calories. As a body building substance, protein serves to provide material for growth, tissue formation and for tissue maintenance. Analysis of protein content is useful for measuring protein levels in food ingredients. This study aims to determine the water content, crude fiber, carbohydrates and protein content of barley seeds found in the Balanipa District, Polman Regency. The research was carried out at the Makassar Health Center Laboratory January – February 2022, the data obtained were presented in a quantitative descriptive manner by doing three replications. water content is 5.32%, crude fiber is 2.36%, carbohydrates are 77.39% and barley seed protein is 9.47%. The protein and carbohydrate content of barley in Lambanan Village, Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency is equivalent to the protein and carbohydrate content in white rice and brown rice.
