Cancer is the unrestricted growth of anomalous cells by disregarding the normal regulation of cell division. Cancer cells have some distinct features which differentiate it from normal cells and produce a harmful effect on the body. It includes sustained proliferative signaling, evading growth suppressor, resisting apoptosis, replicative immortality including angiogenesis and metastasis (Hanahan & Weinberg, 2011).
