In CAD/CAM integration system, the problem of the path optimization to be thorough researched. Through numerical describe of information elements, by using graph theory of traveling salesman problem, set up the mathematical model of path optimization problem. Based on ant colony algorithm and lin-kernighan (LK) algorithm, an intelligence fusion algorithm is put forward. With group of holes processing as an example, the group of holes drilling tool path of optimized, and realize the CAD/CAM many features of optimization, which greatly improve the processing precision and efficiency.
For complex structure of the product parts, we can have the aid of ICT measurement equipment to obtain the product slice images, use the analytical calculation, digital image-processing and CAD software to establish the product geometric model. This paper focused on the digital product model which was obtained by the digital image processing of ICT slices. Used the FDK reconstruction algorithm to deal with the tapered beam of counter projection problem, improved the efficiency and shorten the reconstruction time.
In order to solve irregular product surface quality is difficult to test problems, this paper combined reverse engineering with finite element analysis related technologies, good results have been achieved. Selected the helmet as the research object, introduced the reverse engineering and finite element analysis of the basic methods and ideas. First through the 3D laser scanner for safety helmet surface point cloud data, the data conducted the pretreatment in the Imageware software, and then in UG finished surface reconstruction and materialization process, finally guided the reverse forming helmet entity into Ansys Workbench software to carry on the finite element analysis, through the generation of stress and deformation analysis nephogram to test the sample quality.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
