Telecommunications fraud is spreading rapidly in some areas of China, which caused huge losses to the people's property. This paper analyzed the weakness and psychological factors of the victims, and revealed the nature of telecom fraud, i.e., the criminal's skilled use of social engineering for fraud, harm, and other dangerous acts, so as to obtain their own interests. In order to better combat and prevent telecom fraud, countermeasures from all angles are given. The government and law enforcement need to put more effort in the anti telecom fraud campaign and propaganda work and education programs must promptly follow up. And ordinary people need to overcome their own weakness as timid, greedy, curiosity, blind trust, and develop safety awareness, enhance privacy protection.
This work analyzed the problems existed in object-oriented programming teaching, and then proposed a new object-oriented programming teaching mode that draws lessons from the concept of CDIO engineering education. The new teaching mode is correspond to the four abilities of CDIO and explained the teaching objective reconstruction, teaching content organizing, teaching method improving and assessment method reform. Practice shows that this CDIO concept based teaching reform can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of the students and improve their comprehensive practical abilities.
There are a large number of similar or even identical webpages on the Internet. These webpages will cause unnecessary loss of network resources, including waste of storage space, decreased web search speed, and decreased user experience. And some malicious mirror websites will become tools for criminals to carry out illegal activities such as phishing attacks. In this paper, the autours analyzed the mainstream text similarity detection algorithms and webpage deduplication algorithms, and proposed an improved webpage deduplication algorithm based on Simhash. The algorithm converts the text collection into Simhash fingerprints for storage through mapping, and calculates the similarity of the two fingerprints through Hamming distance, thereby obtaining the similarity of the webpage. Experiments show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has a higher accuracy rate and recall rate, and can be better applied to the identification and detection of malicious mirror websites.
In order to solve the problems of repeated acquisition, data redundancy and low efficiency in the process of website forensics, this paper proposes an incremental acquisition method orientecd to dynamic websites. This method realized the incremental collection on dynamically updated websites through acquiring and parsing web pages, URL deduplication, web page denoising, web page content extraction and hashing. Experiments show that the algorithm has relative high acquisition precision and recall rate, and can be combined with other data to perform effective digital forensics on dynamically updated real-time websites.
