BIM is a kind of multidimensional model information technology based on CAD which has been applied in some large projects at home and abroad. The technology of BIM has the characteristics of 3D visualization, virtual design and collaborative design and so on. In this paper, ideas about applying BIM Technology in granary projects have been put forward from the design stage, project implementation stage and the stage of cost control by taking a big diameter underground silo of reinforced concrete for example, simulating the architecture, structure, process of construction and process of grain flowing of underground silos, then creating the model of architecture, dynamic construction model of 4D. The article provides a new approach of applying BIM technology to granary facilities.
Abstract. The relationship between precedence and successor activities is the only factor that determined the project scheduling in the traditional project scheduling management. The critical chain-an elegant solution, on the other hand, takes resource limitations into account and is composed of sections that are dependent on successor relationships and other sections that are dependent on resource constraint. By integrating the existing research findings, it is the objective of this paper to highlight the merits and pitfalls of the CCPM scheduling method, such as the principle for project delays, the critical chain identification; the time buffer setting and project scheduling with limited capacity of a resource. Furthermore, it also presidents the difficulties when implementing the critical chain approach and conclude with a description of our ongoing research direction.
Abstract. This article compared the two supporting structure programs which were prepared for the foundation pit of Zhengzhou Exhibition Hotel, from the angle of cost, duration, and deformation conditions. The better one was selected for the project. Monitoring results of two important indicators with the security of supporting structure were analyzed; they were deep displacement in supporting structure and displacement of pile top. With the conditions of continuous excavation, this paper also concluded shifty discipline and tendency of the supporting structure, which could provide some references to similar projects.
