The convergence of the digital economy and real economy is an irreversible trend. This article uses the adjusted Logistic coevolution Model as the main tool to study the interaction factors in the convergence concentrating on conducting the empirical research by using four dimensions data from 2005 to 2019 in China to calculate the intrinsic growth rate, the maximum environmental capacity, the coevolution factors and other key indicators. The study could further simulate and predict the coevolution of the digital economy and real economy under various modes, in attempt to explore an objective reference and theoretical basis for the convergence in China, which could help to fill the research gap to some extent.
The paper constructs a research model mainly based on the Deng’s correlation analysis model on the convergence level measurement, the GM (1,1) coordinated development prediction model and PLS-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis model on the influencing factors. The data about China’s digital economy and real economy from 2005 to 2019 (totaled 2,250) is adopted to conduct an empirical analysis of the convergence level from 2005 to 2019 and predict the development trend from 2020 to 2029. The paper could further analyze the influencing factors of convergence, in an attempt to put forward relevant development suggestions. We hope the study could provide an objective reference and theoretical basis for improving the convergence level in China in some extent.
A molecular spectral imaging system has been developed based on microscopy and spectral imaging technology. The system is capable of acquiring molecular spectral images from 400 nm to 800 nm with 2 nm wavelength increments. The basic principles, instrumental systems, and system calibration method as well as its applications for the calculation of the stain-uptake by tissues are introduced. As a case study, the system is used for determining the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy and evaluating the therapeutic effects of erythropoietin. Some molecular spectral images of retinal sections of normal, diabetic, and treated rats were collected and analyzed. The typical transmittance curves of positive spots stained for albumin and advanced glycation end products are retrieved from molecular spectral data with the spectral response calibration algorithm. To explore and evaluate the protective effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on retinal albumin leakage of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats, an algorithm based on Beer-Lambert's law is presented. The algorithm can assess the uptake by histologic retinal sections of stains used in quantitative pathology to label albumin leakage and advanced glycation end products formation. Experimental results show that the system is helpful for the ophthalmologist to reveal the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy and explore the protective effect of erythropoietin on retinal cells of diabetic rats. It also highlights the potential of molecular spectral imaging technology to provide more effective and reliable diagnostic criteria in pathology.
The burgeoning digital economy has facilitated a transformation and upgraded within the energy industry, which, in return, continually guarantees robust energy security for the expansion of the digital economy. China’s digital economy and energy sector have increasingly merged and innovated in the domains of technology, market, and operations in recent years. Consequently, an accurate assessment of the interplay between these two sectors and their evolving patterns is vital for policy formulation and execution concerning their joint development. Drawing on 14,520 authoritative departmental statistics from 30 Chinese provinces spanning 2011 to 2021, this study applies techniques such as Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)-Malmquist, grey correlation, and objective empowerment to develop a quantitative evaluation model for the reciprocal evolution of these industries finding that the own synergistic evolutionary effect of these two industries experienced fluctuations, declining from 0.8512 and 0.7535 in 2012 to 0.4590 and 0.4378 in 2021, respectively. Conversely, the comprehensive synergistic evolutionary effect between industries increased from 0.5879 in 2012 to 0.6841 in 2021. Building upon these findings, a series of development proposals are put forth to provide valuable insights and recommendations for advancing the high-level coordinated development of China’s digital economy and energy industry.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
