With an increasingly competitive labor market and rising unemployment rates, inadequate working conditions such as: low wages, unhealthy environments, excessive noise and heat, accumulation of functions, excess working hours and regime in different shifts, are factors that may contribute to the emergence of mental and behavioral disorders. In order to carry out this study, a systematic literature review was carried out using the Methodi Ordinatio method, through the following steps: selection of databases; definition of keywords and their combinations; definition of search criteria; extraction of searches from databases; elimination of duplicate articles; definition and application criteria for the exclusion of articles that are not compatible with the proposed theme. It was possible to identify that there is a low number of scientific productions that address the themes of quality of life, anxiety and depression, and industry 4.0, which is an opportunity for future studies.
This study aims to analyze working conditions according to Brazilian and Chinese labor laws. A systematic literature review was made through the Methodi Ordinatio method, researching papers in Emerald, PubMed, SciELO, Science Direct, Scopus and Web of Science databases in terms of the corporate code of conduct, labor legislation, working conditions, labor laws, Brazil and China descriptors, considering 94 papers for the final analysis, within which 42 are related to Brazilian working conditions and 52 to Chinese ones. Regarding Brazil, the studies highlight job insecurity and, consequently, point the flexibilization of labor laws. The informal employment is one of the concerns in the studies related to Chinese working conditions. In both countries there are gaps when it comes to working conditions and future researches can investigate the cohesion lack between the formal law and the applied one.
OBJECTIVE: Analyze the academic progress of research on anxiety, depression and quality of life in the industry through a systematic literature review, using the combination of keywords. METHODS: the Methodi Ordinatio method was used to select academic articles published in Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed and MedLine databases with no time limit. RESULTS: among the 114 studies found on the topic of anxiety, depression and quality of life in the industry, 56% (64 articles) of the research were found in the Scopus database. CONCLUSIONS: The quality of life axis is in evidence in the industrial scenario, within anxiety and depression, there are few reports and studies on anxiety itself, while within the depression topic, more clinical aspects were found.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
