After a n extractive enrichment from a water sample of 1.5 1 and a preliminary separation into a neutral/basic fraction and a n acidic fraction, individual groups of substances are separated with the aid of several mobile solvents and different sorbents and detected by means of selected reagents or under ultraviolet light. I n this way, 45 individual compounds of the mentioned groups of substances can be determined. A semiquantitative determination within the ppb-range is possible by a compa,rison of spots with reference substances in known quantities.

Zusnmmenfassung: I m Rahmen eines Feldvcrsnches erfolgte die aviochemische Applikation von l,5 kg . ha-1 Butonat auf einer ca. 25 km'grokn IValdflhche. Untersiiciit wurden Kaldbiiche und ein Teich bezuglich des Nachweises von Butonat', Trichbrfon und Dichlorvos im JVasser. Dabei konnte festgestellt werden, daS mimittelbar iiach dFr Appliltation bei zwangsweiser Mitbehandlung der BBche kurzfristig Konzentrationcn bis zu 1000 pg . 1-1 Butonat im Bachw-asser auftratcn.
