The general classification of information systems of remote action, including such system as positioning systems, location systems and remote sensing systems is suggested. In view of formulated limitation conditions the common mathematical information model of data transfer subsystems of considered systems is suggested. The optimization of developed information model is carried out and the optimal operation regimes of these data transfer subsystems are synthesized.
The method for synthesis of corrected three-wavelengths spectrometers for trace gas components of atmosphere on the basis of development of mathematical model has been suggested. The classification table for possible structures of corrected spectrometers is considered. The synthesis allows to reveal some new variants for development of three-wavelength spectrometers for trace gas components of atmosphere. For experimental checkup of achieved theoretical results, a laboratory pattern of three-wavelength spectrometer is developed and tested.
The averaged integrated parameter representing the mean value of ratio of total water vapors on wet delay at the chosen distance of latitude is suggested. The function of interrelation of such parameters as height of location site and latitude is suggested. It is shown, that the optimal function does exist which bring the averaged integrated parameter to its minimal value.
To increase effectiveness of measurements of concentration of greenhouse gases questions on optimum accounting of non-certainty of results of measurements of low gases concentrations at the ground distributed nets of atmospheric measurements are considered. It is noted that temporal and structural non-stability of atmospheric aerosol leads to occurrence of non-certainty of carried out measurements. It is suggested to use the method of non-conditional variation optimization to determine the optimum interrelation between cost functions of researched atmospheric gas and aerosol which provides best metrological support for carried out measurements. In order to form the functional of optimization the newly suggested method of double averaging is used. The matter of suggested method of double averaging is that two following different averaging operations should be carried out sequentially: geometrical weighted averaging and algebraic averaging. To form the target functional of optimization the limitation condition should be adopted which is imposed to searched for optimum function. Solution of the formulated optimization task of non-conditional variation optimization does show that upon presence of linear interrelation between scalar cost functions of gas and aerosol the target functional could reach its maximum that is the uttermost value of non-certainty of measurements results are reached. On the base of aforesaid the heuristically recommendations on necessity to form the inverse interrelation between scalar values of cost functions of researched gas and atmospheric aerosol are formulated.
Questions on optimization of isomorphic-holonomic information –measuring systems, characterized by in-ternal holomorphic relation are considered. It is shown that isomorphic-holonomic property of information measuring and mechatronic systems make it possible to carry out optimization of them transforming of this task to Lagrange task where the target functional (Lagrange functional) is sum of initial target functional and integral of function of holonomic relation function with limitation imposed on it multiplied by Lagrange multi-plier. It is proved that if searched for function of holonomic relation with imposed limitation condition pro-vides for minimum (maximum) of target functional and if inegrant of initial target functional can be linearized so the function is always exists and is featured as inversed to link function upon which maximum (minimum) can be achieved.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
