: The Influence of Archiving Systems, Personnel Information Systems and Infrastructure Facilities on the Performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency in 2021. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze and determine the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of the archival system , information systems, infrastructure on the performance of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. To analyze this problem, 60 respondents were used through the non-probability sampling method. The data collection technique used a survey method with a closed questionnaire as a tool. Data analysis was carried out with validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The data processing uses the SPSS Version 22.00 software application. The results showed that the archive system (X1), information system (X2), infrastructure (X3) simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Information system variables (X2) and infrastructure (x3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Hulu Sungai Regency. However, no significant effect was found on the archiving system variable on employee performance (Y) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The infrastructure variable (X3) had a dominant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Sistem Kearsipan, Sistem Informasi , Prasarana Dan Sarana Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara” tahun 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskriptifkan, menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan, parsial dan dominan dari sistem kearsipan, sistem informasi, sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara.. Untuk menganalisis masalah tersebut, maka digunakan 60 responden melalui metode nonprobabilitas sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan alat bantu kuesioner tertutup. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Proses pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS Versi 22.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem kearsipan (X1), sistem informasi (X2), prasarana dan sarana (X3) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Variabel sistem informasi (X2) dan prasarana dan sarana (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Akan tetapi tidak ditemukan pengaruh secara signifikan pada variabel sistem kearsipan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara.Variabel prasarana dan sarana (X3) berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara.
