The research was conducted to1). Optimaly planting distances analysis of eggplant in rubber agroforestry systemand 2). The research was conducted from May to September 2016 at Bunga Jadi district, Muara Kaman sub district, districtof Kutai Kartanegara. This research used a Randomized Group Design with single factor. The factor are planting distances ofeggplant with five level and five repetitions, those are 50 cm x 60 cm (j1), 60 cm x 60 cm (j2), 60 cm x 70 cm (j3), 70 cm x 70cm (j4), 70 cm x 80 cm (j5). The results showed, the planting distances treatment were not significantly effect of height ofplant, the number of leaves, the number of teas the blooming age, the weight of the fruit on 15, 30, 45 days after planting. And then the significantly effect on planting distances (60 cm x 70 cm) and total product of eggplant is 9.21 Mg ha1 in theweight of the fresh fruit per plot or hectare. Optimal product with distance of 60 cm x 70 cmis 9.21 Mg ha1(total production). The average production of eggplant in rubber agroforestry sistem is 7.82 Mg ha1 for 4 harvesting. The value of coefisientcorrelation in analysis covariant of multiple regression, r = 0.3459, the value of corelation is 34.59%, its showed thecorrelation value between treatment and production is low.
This research aims to find out 1) the interaction between the medium of planting and the concentration of nutrient solutions to the growth and yield of celery plants hydroponically. 2) types of planting media that can give different influences on the growth and yield of celery plants, and 3) concentration of nutrient solution that provides the best growth and yield of celery plants in different planting media. The research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020 at the Integrated Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture of Mulawarman University, Samarinda. The research used factorial exsperiment 3×4 on Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD), replicated three times with each treatment consisting of three plants. The first factor is the planting medium consisting of rockwool, charcoal husk, and combination of charcoal husk + tea amps. The second factor is the concentration of AB Mix nutrient solution consists of 500, 1,000, 1,500, and 2,000 ppm. The data was analyzed with test F and continued Least Significant Difference (LSD) test with a level of 5%. The results showed that there is an interaction between planting media and concentration of nutrient solution in the growth and yield of celery plants. The interaction between the combination of charcoal planting media + tea pulp and concentration of 1,500 ppm is not real with the interaction of rockwool planting media and concentration of 1,500 ppm. From various types of planting media used, charcoal husk planting media provides the best influence on the growth and yield of celery plants. Based on polynomial orthogonal test the concentration of nutrient solution with an optimum point of 1,460.84 ppm affects the growth and yield of celery plants with a maximum dry weight of 2.14 g.
This research was conducted to obtain hybridization which has superior character and to know the agronomic and morphological characters of F1 generation from reciprocal crossof Kambang/Pandan Ungu//Pandan Ungu, this research uses a reciprocal cross method (cross between F1 from a single cross with male elders) to produce F1 plants that will change the morphological and agronomic character. This research was conducted at the screen house area in the Faculty of Agriculture, Mulawarman University, Until the of January 2018 to September 2018. The results of this identification showed that from 161 spikelet castrated obtained as many as 60 grains with a percentage of fertility 37.27%, and then sowing as many as 30 seeds (50%), plants that successfully grew and could be used there were 21 plants (70%) character morphology and agronomic on F1 plants more dominant in the character of Pandan Ungu rice. The dominan characters are leaf color, ligula color, uricle color, midrib color, leaf surface, stigma color, grain end color, lemma and palea color, number of wildings, breed ability, number of productive wildingss, panicle type, yellowing of leaves, diameter of root stock, and harvesting the crop.
Keragaan warna daun mengikuti pola segregasi 13:3. Keragaan berat gabah perumpun mengikuti pola segregasi 3:1.
