Peranan internet sangat penting guna menghasilkan informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat; CV Dhiyara Anugrah merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa dalam penjualan dan penyewaan mobil di wilayah Kota Tangerang. CV Dhiyara Anugrah saat ini belum menggunakan media internet secara optimal untuk kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Proses penyampaian informasi dan transaksi masih bersifat manual. Untuk itulah perlunya dirancang suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi dengan berbasis web agar dapat menyajikan informasi yang cepat; tepat dan efisien dalam hal waktu dan biaya. Perancangan sistem informasi tersebut menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan penyimpanan data dengan MySQL. Hasil yang dicapai dalam perancangan aplikasi penjualan dan penyewaan mobil berbasis web ini adalah pengolahan dan penyimpanan data yang lebih baik dan efesien; dengan adanya pelayanan transaksi penjualan dan penyewaan mobil secara terkomputerisasi yang tepat dan akurat untuk menunjang kinerja para karyawan CV Dhiyara Anugrah.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is defined as a single unit of sales, marketing and service strategies that prevent uncoordinated work activities between parts well and that depends on coordinated company actions. In this study, the system development model used using the waterfall model is a classic model that is systematic, sequential in building software. The advantage of this model is that the development process is very structured and systematic, through the definition of needs, so that gaps or gaps that occur between the needs and the system produced can be reduced and produce clear development direction for management. Until now, data services are still not integrated, resulting in unsatisfactory service to consumers, the absence of a customer complaint system so that companies can find out complaints in the form of criticism and suggestions to improve service to customers. In this study will build CRM on PT. Srikandi Diamond Motor by using the Waterfall model so that the system is integrated and can improve service to customers and make customer complaints so that companies can find out complaints in the form of criticism and suggestions to improve service to customers. Based on the results of the implementation and testing of this system it can be concluded that the application of data processing systems has been integrated with each other so that it can improve the quality of service to customers, in the implementation of the customer complaint system has been very helpful for companies in knowing complaints in the form of criticism and suggestions to improve service to customers.

Lintas Era Digital is a company engaged in the business of Technology Development as a School Vendor to work on various difficulties in schools within the scope of information technology such as Websites, Computer Based Test (CBT) Applications, Learning Management System (LMS) Applications and Electronic Cases, CCTV, Computers, laptops and procurement of tools for the prevention of Covid-19 that use electronic elements. The problem that is being faced by this company and from some current clients is the Covid-19 prevention tool that is still not in accordance with health protocols, there are still many shortcomings that are currently being faced, one of which is the Sterilization System using sterile booths automatically using a microcontroller. To overcome the problems above, it can be used a tool in the form of a microcontroller using several sensors such as a PIR Sensor (Passive Infrared Sensor) and using a Mist Maker tool (condensing device). The goal is to facilitate the performance of sterilization. In this study the author uses the C programming language.With a sterilization system using this microcontroller, it can help the community to find it easy to carry out health protocols. To be able to run this microcontroller, the author makes settings for the tool so that people can directly use the tool.
