The smart city generated rapidly huge of data. Data can analyze with big data analytics technology to give solution from past data in smart city problem and help better solution in decision making. This paper summarizes the existing condition of big data analytics in the smart city in term of the algorithm, data type and tools were built using systematic literature review (SLR) as the standard methodology used to solve any problem by tracing the result from the previous research. The problem in SLR called as research question (RQ). To achieve that goal, we define some RQs related to that scope and clarify each question by tracing previous research. The research paper from reputable journal databases such as EEEE Xplore, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Springerlink. After synthesizing 15 articles, the results are: algorithm data mining like ANN, Markov, graph mining, etc. needs to improve. That algorithm not enough to handle high data volume, high variety and high velocity to store and processes data; main data type have big chance to give the solution in the smart city is social media. That data has the potential to help in decision making in the smart city problem; Hadoop is the top tool to store and analyze data with highperformance, stable, reliable computing for the different type of data. Combination Hadoop with spark give less overhead to handle the high velocity and volume of data.
Pemanfaatan internet terus meningkat ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Berbagai kalangan diharuskan tetap bekerja dan belajar dari rumah dengan memanfaatkan internet dan teknologi informasi. Larangan untuk mengumpulkan orang dalam jumlah besar pada satu lokasi membuat kegiatan seminar tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Hal tersebut membuat webinar ramai diminati. Namun, dari sudut pandang penyelenggara webinar, diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah dan membantu dalam menyelenggarakan sebuah seminar online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Metode memiliki empat tahap seperti analisis, desain, code dan tes. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Aplikasi web dibangun menggunakan framework laravel. Aplikasi mobile dibangun menggunakan android studio. Aplikasi memiliki lima belas fungsional dengan dua orang aktor. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa semua fungsional berjalan sesuai dengan semana mestinya. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk pengelolaan kegiatan webinar di Era New Normal akibat dari pandemi Covid-19.
The halal tourism industry is rapidly developing and has become a current trend. It is a subcategory of tourism geared towards offering services that comply with Islamic principles for tourists. Indonesia has excellent potential for the development of this tourism industry because it is majorly populated with Muslims. For the first time, the country and Malaysia were ranked the world’s best halal tourist destinations in 2019. One of the oldest halal destinations in Indonesia is the Thousand Big Houses Area, in Koto Baru village, West Sumatra. However, due to limited information and technology, this area is less visited by tourists despite being hundreds of years old with the Minangkabau traditional building, which acts as a tourist attraction. Therefore, one of the solutions to help introduce this house to the world is developing an Internet Geographic Information System (GIS) for the village. This research aims to develop this application using the waterfall software development method. The application was programmed using PHP and Javascript, while its user interface was developed using the CSS Bootstrap framework. The results showed that the output was in accordance with the expectations that the app can be used to promote the village.
Padang is a city on the coast of Sumatra island in the province of West Sumatra that has the potential to be threatened from a tsunami originating from the Mentawai megathrust. Various attempts have been made by the Padang City Government to anticipate casualties if a tsunami really occurs. One such effort is in the form of building shelter or TES (Temporary Evacuation Sites). Unfortunately, until now the data on the capacity of existing shelter and the number of shelter needed have not been found. In addition, the maintenance of existing shelters has the potential to become a burden on the Padang city government budget. The Mayor of Padang once complained about the need for the budget to build and maintain the shelter building so that it could function properly when needed. Therefore it is necessary to conduct a study regarding the optimal amount of shelter and how to optimize its function. Determination of the optimal number of shelter begins by identifying factors that influence the determination of the location of the shelter through questionnaires and interviews. This study also examines the alternative use of shelter and maintenance techniques so that the constructed shelter can be effective and efficient according to its function but still economical or not a burden on the government budget.
