the existing experimental industrial robot systems are introduced in detail in this paper, including hardware description connection parameter settings and circuits, as well as the entire experimental system to complete the task. We also study the acceleration and deceleration algorithm handling robot using the servo robot more stable during operation, positioning more accurate, improve the mechanical hand function during operation, providing convenient cost-effective control system for the entire robot control system.
This paper studies a residual current monitoring system; PLC and PC select a combination of hardware, and to identify the specific method for AC and DC small signal data acquisition. On the software side, gives the effect of a schematic diagram of a data processing program, summed up the real-time data acquisition methods section. In the PLC control test procedures, test procedures were analyzed for comparison with the given process flow diagram of the main test and the numerical results, the present system reduces the complexity of the control to improve the automation of the detection process.
With consideration to the acid gas incinerator burned and the problems identified during its application, renovation program has been proposed. According to the new design, draught burners with automatic control system shall be used to eliminate problems encountered during application of original burner. In addition to implement automatic control of combustion processes, the new system may minimize labor intensity and enhance safety of facilities.
In this paper, a key treatment technology of the culvert foundation is presented, which is on the high salt saturated fine sand in a new China local railway from XieTieshan to North Hobsonis. In the procedure,for the two kinds of culvert foundation treatment technology(gravel pile foundation and rubble replacement), the settlement laws of culvert under China-load are explored by comparing with the field observation data and numerical analysis conclusion. The results show that in saline soil area, using rubble fill to reinforce groundwork is a appropriate treatment technology for culvert foundation.
The paper discusses the main manufactures-suppliers mode cooperation mechanism based on synergetic theory, and it explicates the rule of interests flow through order parameter forming principle, and evaluated the synergetic degree of the system based on five key order parameters, then it designs an interest distribution model to explain the relationship among synergy degree and contribution coefficients and interest distribution coefficients, which made important meaning to guide the supply chain practical operation.
