Learning Islamic religious education should not turn a blind eye to technological developments that are realized or not have a very large impact on life. Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan implements Islamic Religious Education learning innovations using and utilizing technological developments. For example, Teleconference, Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting by utilizing facilities such as e-mail (electronic mail), mobile phones, MP3 players, websites, blogging, search engines, and others. Learning models develop in the form of electronic learning (e-learning), electronic books (e-books), online classes, online discussions, computer-based learning. The use of whiteboards and markers, replaced with the use of Notebook media, LCD Projectors, and so on. Printed sourcebook materials, modules, and student worksheets are replaced with e-books, digital libraries, YouTube, and internet pages. This research is focused on qualitative research using descriptive method. This research intends to examine the natural role of Islamic Religious Education Learning Innovation in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 Studies at Al-Ulum Private Elementary School Medan. This research is suitable to use a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method, in revealing the facts as empirical truth in this research.
This study aims to analyze the basic concepts of education financing and its implications for improving the quality of education. This research uses the Library Research method. The results showed that improving the quality of an educational institution / institution is the hope and desire of the community who use educational services. Therefore, to make this happen, various strategic efforts have been made by the government and the community as managers and education stakeholders. Among them, what the government is doing is designing national education standards. Based on the law national education system Number. 20 of 2003 there are 8 national standards, which aim to improve the quality of an educational institution. Based on government regulations, one of the eight national education standards is a financing standard. education financing is the most important and inseparable thing in education management activities. So, among other things, the government policy is to roll out BOS funds at the school level. Education financing and funding managed by schools / madrasahs must be transparent in order to create accountability. If it is accountable, it will increase the credibility of the educational institution. If it is credible, it will automatically improve the quality of the educational institution. To achieve this, the government regulates the term financing standards
Wakaf tunai memiliki peran penting akan keeksistensian wakaf dalam masyarakat muslim. Hanya saja potensi wakaf yang besar tersebut belum banyak didayagunakan secara maksimal oleh pengelola wakaf akibat terbatasnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai obyek benda yang boleh diwakafkan serta masih terbatasnya nazir wakaf yang memiliki sumber daya yang profesional dan manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Bagaimana hukum wakaf tunai dalam prespektif ulama dan 2) Bagaimana tinjauan maqasid syariah dalam wakaf tunai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis, yaitu memaparkan pendapat para ulama dengan alasannya kemudian melakukan analisis dalam menarik kesimpulan. Pada penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada perbedaan ulama dalam menetapkan hukum wakaf tunai. Dan wakaf tunai dapat dilihat dari kemaslahatannya dapat mencakup maqasid syariah.
This study aims to determine the management of education financing in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on the managerial head of the Aliyah Imam Muslim madrasah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses qualitative methods based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used triangulation and member crosscheck. The results showed that the management of education financing at Madrasah Aliyah Imam Muslim Serdang Bedagai Regency has a family principle, is effective, efficient, productive, transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with existing procedures, namely the upward hierarchical pattern to the Chairman of the Foundation. In improving the quality of education, the principal is in charge of managing education as best as possible and reporting the draft budget for school financing is given to the Head of the Foundation, the head of madrasah also has the task of how to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs by coordinating every activity with peers in order to realize the quality of education through education financing management
This study aims to analyze (1) implementation of character education strengthening programs in learning, (2) Implementation of character education strengthening programs outside of learning, (3) factors encountered in implementing character education strengthening programs in SD Rusyda medan. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive study approach. The results of the study indicate that SD Ruydda Medan has implemented the provisions of Perpres No. 87 of 2017. In character learning is packaged in the form of material that is explained in harmony with other subject matter. These character values are contained in the teacher learning tool, which is therefore not just insert material, but becomes material that has its own target achievement. Meanwhile outside program learning takes place in activities that involve physical activities such as flag ceremonies, and extracurricular activities such as scouting, arts and martial arts. Constraints faced are the lack of training from the ministry of education on character education strengthening programs, the lack of teacher and parent collaboration on character education.
