Dynamic electrocardiogram is of great application value in clinical medicine. This paper proposes a fast filtering algorithm in preprocess of dynamic cardio-electric signal. First, it synthetically compares different QRS wave group detection algorithms, and adapts dynamic threshold detection method in order to meet fast testing requirement. Then it chooses QRS wave group as a switch, using different smoothing filtering algorithms in different parts of the signal. The simulation shows its feasibility in QRS wave group detection and recognition, and the degree of distortion is lowered after filtering.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
