-This paper is to analyze and study the failure examples of refrigerant gas in automotive air conditioner. The first example, the air conditioner compressor continually operated that the refrigerant was leaked in air conditioner system. By lubrication shortage, the piston was partially sticked on cylinder of air conditioner compressor inner part. This was caused the phenomenon of engine operation trouble by load increasing with engine rpm variation during engine running. The second example, it sought the fact that the air conditioner refrigerant gas was leaked from air conditioner compressor to condenser high pressure pipe toward rear air conditioner checking with the lines of air conditioner. The third example, the refrigerant gas of air conditioner found that was leaked imperceptible from condenser inner by crack that was generated on the fins of air conditioner condenser. Therefore, the air conditioner system that maintain the air conditioner by decreasing the in-car temperature must meticulously manage to not leak the air conditioner refrigerant gas.

Brake judder is one of the most serous problems in automotive-brake systems.it has not been eradicated despite all the efforts that many researchers and engineers have made the reduce it by studying its causes and mechanisms. Brake discs play a significant role in judder.The driver experiences judder as vibrations in the steering wheel,brake pedal and floor.in the higher freqency range.the structural vibrations are accompanied by a sound. Brake judder primarily affects the comfort but could,when confronting an inexperienced driver for the first time,lead to faulty reactions and reduced driving safety.

-The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the failure examples for fire by friction on clutch, manual transmission and tire system in a car. In the first example, the driver took the pedal with foot to act the clutch. But the clutch disk did not return from flywheel by leakage of clutch hydraulic line. The heat was produced between clutch disk and flywheel by surface contacting. As a result, it was produced the fire by oil sludge sticked with transmission. In the second example, the transmission system was operated to transfer power of engine by contacting with gear and gear. But, as if the oil of transmission was caused the oil insufficiency because of leaking by crack of transmission case, it found the fact that was produced the fire by deposit material on transmission case. In the third example, when the car's driver continuously pushed an accelerator pedal for escaping from dry pit, the tire took the heat by the friction force between tire and surface of road. As a result, it became the direct cause for the fire. Therefore the driver must manage not to produce the fire with friction parts by heating during running.
