Settlement is a human living environment that has distinctive characteristics and serves as a place, space, and container for the growth and development of human culture as part of the residential community. If in a permukinman community has undergone changes, growth and development, it will certainly have an impact on the human being that is part of the community. The elements of settlement include the spatial pattern formed on the micro scale to the macro scale (village) is strongly influenced socio-cultural factors of society.
Aloon-aloon of Lamongan area is the area that became the center of the crowd in Lamongan. This area is very strategic because it can be reached by all walks of life from various parts of the city. Ruang pejalan kaki dalam konteks kota dapat berperan untuk menciptakan lingkungan manusiawi. Pejalan kaki adalah orang yang bergerak dalam satu ruang dengan berjalan kaki. Semua orang adalah pejalan kaki, bahkan pengendara kendaraan bermotor pun termasuk pejalan kaki untuk dapat berpindah dari kendaraan lainnya, untuk menuju ke tempat lain atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini diharapkan memilik tujuan untuk mengetahui pola perilaku pejalan kaki di kawasan Kawasan Alun-alun Kota Lamongan dalam menggunakan jalur pedestrian untuk aktifitas. Infrastructure development is one of the important aspects of the progress of a country where most of the constituents of infrastructure are concrete. The most important constituent of concrete is cement because its function is to bind other concrete materials so that it can form a hard mass. The large number of developments using cement as a building material will leave quite a lot of cement bags.In this study, the authors conducted research on the effect of adding cement waste to the compressive strength of concrete. This study used an experimental method with a total of 24 test objects. The test object is in the form of a concrete cylinder with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm and uses variations in the composition of the addition of cement waste cement as a substitute for fine aggregate, namely 0%, 2%, 4% and 6%. K200). The compressive strength test was carried out at the age of 7 days and 28 days.The test results show that the use of waste as a partial substitute for fine aggregate results in a decrease in the compressive strength of each mixture. at the age of 7 days the variation of 2% is 16.84 MPa, 4% is 11.32 MPa and for a mixture of 6% is 6.68 MPa. Meanwhile, the compressive strength test value of 28 days old concrete in each mixture decreased by ± 6 MPa. So the conclusion is cement cement waste cannot be used as a substitute for fine aggregate in fc 16.6 (K200) quality concrete because the value is lower than the specified minimum of 16.6 MPa.
In an effort to get a job or project on the construction sector, the initial stages are carried out by a construction of the service is often referred to participate in the auction or tender. Process cost analysis to estimate construction is a direct cost that is generally used as the basis for bidding. The method used to perform comparisons of estimates is the SNI and BOW method. In the preparation of the necessary work unit price data that supports such images to plan, the volume of work, RAB, RKS, the list price of materials and labor in the research area. And the result of calculation of unit price analysis conducted found with the unit price comparison analysis SNI and BOW. The analysis of the result obtained from the budget estimate economic costs by using SNI is Rp.2.253.760.000,00 while the estimated budget with BOW method is Rp 2.625.418.000,00. Investment is the association of a financial source in a long period to generate profits in the future/future. Housing is a group of houses that are either narrow or broad that functions as a residential or residential environment for the people who occupy it. The problem statement is to find out whether the house type 30/60 in the Lamongan Regency Insani housing is worth investing in when viewed from a financial perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of Insani Regency Lamongan housing investment. The method used to analyze the investment feasibility is the Benefit-Cost Ratio. Based on the results of this research, the Lamongan Regency Insani Housing showed that it was feasible because it produced a Benefit-Cost Ratio of 1,307.
