In this paper a feasible method is proposed for solving a class of mathematical problems in manufacturing system and production system. By utilizing linearization technique the relaxation programming problem about the original problem is constructed. The proposed branch and bound algorithm is convergent to the global minimum of original problem through the successive refinement linear relaxation of the feasible region of objective function and solutions of a series of relaxation linear programming problem. And large number of experiments results show feasibility of presented method.
Although the traditional PID controller is widely used in many practical application fields, it’s unsuitable for the control of the complex plant. The powder metallurgy sintering process had such characteristics as nonlinearity and large delay, etc., and it’s difficult for the conventional PID controller to meet the control requirements. According to these traits, we used a parameter self-adjusting fuzzy controller to control the heating temperature of the vacuum sintering furnace. In practice it shows that every quality index and control effect of this scheme is better than that of traditional PID controller.
With the increase of China's grain production, the use of pesticides is gradually increasing. Traditional pesticide detection takes a long time and requires expensive experimental instruments, which is not conducive to the rapid and accurate detection of pesticide residues in the field. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a visual detection method of pesticide residues based on multi-layer microfluidic paper chips. The internal channel structure of paper chip is designed from the perspective of efficient mixing. Through the simulation of the mixed effect of three kinds of staggered channel structures, which are arc type, triangle type, and ladder type, the "ladder-type h-0.3, s-2.6" is selected as the best-staggered structure, and the mixing strength is 0.91534. The best simulation structure was tested by a colored reagent, and the image processing of 15 test results was carried out with MATLAB. The average mixing strength was 0.84, and the and the standard deviation was 0.022. The visual detection experiment of acetamiprid and profenofos in cabbage samples was carried out by using the device,The detection range of acetamiprid was 4~72 μg/kg, and the detection range of profenofos was 3~54 μg/kg . The recovery of acetamiprid was 75%~85%, and the recovery of profenofos was 80%~90%. The detection range and recovery rate indicate that the device has high repeatability and accuracy in the actual sample detection
The velocity and diameter distribution of the air-assist boom spraying is studied by a laser Phase Doppler Partic1e Analyzer when the operational parameters is changed, which including airflow velocity of air curtain and vertical relative position between the air curtain and the nozzle. From the experimental results, we find the as the air curtain velocity increases , the size distribution of the droplet is conducive to uniform . At the same air curtain velocity, droplet size decreases with increasing of nozzle pressure. On the right side of each measuring point, the number of droplets is gradual decreasing with the wind velocity increasing.When the working pressure is 0.5Mpa, the droplet size does not change with the change of the horizontal distance.
