This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance conducted at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudra. The population in this study amounted to 256 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling and the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 72 employees. Data collected by observation and questionnaire. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, to test the hypothesis used the t test and f test. Hypothesis testing results show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline on employee performance has no significant effect. Leadership and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan di PT Krakatau Bandar Samudra. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 256 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling dan jumlah sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan kuisioner. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji hipotesa digunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan.

Pengetahuan serta kesadaran tentang hidup bersih dan sehat bebas sampah sangat penting bagi masyarakat tidak hanya di kota tetapi juga di desa. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan di Desa Talaga masih rendah diamati dari sampah yang berserakan di lingkungan serta tidak tersedianya tempat sampah di rumah maupun di tempat umum. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya serta mengajarkan membuat Patsambu (tempat sampah bambu). Bentuk kegiatan berupa sosialisasi tentang lingkungan bersih dan sehat bebas sampah bebas bencana serta pelatihan kepada warga untuk membuat  tempat sampah dengan memanfaatkan bahan yang ada di alam yaitu bambu menjadi Patsambu (Tempat Sampah Bambu). Hasil kegiatan yaitu bertambahnya pengetahuan dan wawasan masyarakat mengenai pentingnyamenjaga lingkungan bersih dan sehat bebas sampah serta meningkatnya ketrampilan warga dalam membuat tempat sampah bambu atau Patsambu .

Kuliah kerja masyarakat (KKM) years 2019 raised the subject of community empowerment through the development of creative economy. Most of student do not have enough knowledge in the determination of the work program to be applied in the community activities in the kuliah kerja masyarakat (KKM), no shortage of waste paper, the local currency must be entrepreneurs on college students in utilization of waste as yet there is no. Objectives of the activities devotion through knowledge sharing to students through the utilization of waste paper to become how to make handicrafts including providing knowledge and skills and to improve entrepreneurial interest through the use of waste paper to students. The importance of activites is knowledge sharing. Participants activities of are KKM students in kecamatan Cikeusal and kecamatan Ciomas. Activities started by observation this field to find the problems that arise implementation are the next stage of the preparation of materials and practice making handicrafts. The results are knowledge sharing that took place to students able to  provide understanding as provisions in empowering community. Through the knowledge sharing, KKM students increase skill development have especially in any by elementary substance waste paper to handicrafts. This research is an explanatory research that highlights the relationship between research variables and testing hypotheses that have been formulated previoustly by using a sample of 100 people in 4-wheeled vehicle users who often use toll road facilities in the Banten area. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in analyzing the relationship of variables in the study.Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the effectiveness of the Banten etoll area, the quality of toll services and the satisfaction of customers of toll road users are considered to be quite good by respondents. The results of partial regression analysis found that the effectiveness of e-toll has significant effect on customer satisfaction at 0.502, while the quality of toll service has a significant effect of 0.528. Simultaneoustly the e-toll effectiveness and service quality have a significant influence. AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatory research yang menyoroti hubungan variabel penelitian dan menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 orang pada pengguna kendaraan roda 4 yang sering menggunakan fasilitas jalan tol di wilayah Banten. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam melakukan analisis hubungan variabel dalam penelitian.Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui bahwa efektifitas e-toll wilayah Banten, kualitas pelayanan toll dan kepuasaan konsumen pengguna jalan tol dinilai cukup baik oleh responden. Hasil analisis regresi parsial didapatkan bahwa efektifitas e-toll memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0.502, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tol memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 0.528. Secara simultan efektifitas e-toll dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pula.
