Pelayanan antenatal adalah prosedur yang secara rutin dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan dalam membina hubungan yang baik didalam proses pelayanan pada ibu hamil untuk deteksi dini, pengawasan selama kehamilan dan persiapan persalinan. Salah satu faktor yang kurang dimanfaatkan dalam pelayanan antenatal care antara lain rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu hamil. Kepatuhan dalam kunjungan ANC bertujuan untuk memantau keadaan ibu dan janin, untuk mendeteksi masalah secara dini dan memberikan tindakan atau intervensi yang tepat, dan mengetahui jika ada komplikasi pada kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepatuhan kunjungan antenatal care terhadap sikap dalam deteksi dini komplikasi pada ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi pencarian sistematis data base terkomputerisasi (research gate, pubmed, google cendekia) digunakan untuk mencari hasil publikasi dengan pembatasan pada desain penelitian cross sectional. Berdasarkan 6 artikel yang dianalisis menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan kepatuhan kunjungan antenatal care terhadap sikap dalam deteksi dini kehamilan pada ibu hamil. Semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan kunjungan antenatal care maka semakin baik perilaku ibu hamil dalam mendeteksi dini komplikasi Ibu hamil yang patuh melakukan kunjungan Antenatal care mempunyai sikap yang positif terhadap deteksi dini komplikasi kehamilan maka ibu akan lebih peka terhadap cara atau berperilaku dalam mencegah,karena infeksi menular.
Low back pain is common in pregnancy with varying reported incidences. Low back pain is back pain that occurs in the lumbosacral region. In general, back pain that occurs in pregnant women is influenced by several factors, namely changes in body posture during pregnancy, low back pain usually increases with parity. The risk of back pain in pregnancy is increased in women who have previously had back pain and are overweight. National guidelines recommend that healthy pregnant women should do light physical exercise every day. Most women reduce physical activity during pregnancy and only a few studies have found that pregnant women are physically active during pregnancy.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Pregnancy Exercises on Back Pain in Pregnant Women. The method in this study is a literature review, which tries to explore how the effect. The results in this study indicate that the results of 8 previous studies indicate that there is a significant effect of Pregnancy Exercises on Back Pain in Pregnant Women. The conclusion in this study is that of Pregnancy Exercises can reduce Back Pain in Pregnant Women. Pregnancy exercise or exercise can provide benefits to maintain and improve the physical health of pregnant women, improve blood circulation, reduce complaints of cramps or aches, and prepare for breathing, muscle and pelvic activity to face the labor process. Pregnancy exercise has very important benefits for pregnant women.
Pregnancy is a natural process that will be experienced by every woman in the world, every pregnant woman experiences discomfort during her pregnancy where the changes that occur are changes in complex physical and emotional conditions. The development from month to month requires the ability of a mother to adapt to physical and mental changes that occur, this requires antenatal care that aims to prepare pregnant women mentally for pregnancy, by doing prenatal gantle yoga, one of the self-help solutions that can support the pregnancy process until labor. Management strategies to reduce anxiety levels are needed, both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Gantle yoga prenatal exercise is one of the complementary therapies that can be used as non-pharmacological therapy. Prenatal yoga is a mind management skill, in the form of overall personality development techniques both physically and psychologically and spiritually, including relaxation, adjusting breathing postures and meditation. Therefore, it is necessary to have literature review evidence that aims to determine the effectiveness of prenatal gantel yoga in reducing anxiety levels of pregnant women. This study is a literature review which includes a systematic search for computerized databases (research gate, pubmed, google scholar). Writing this article using Harvard bibliography writing. Based on eight research articles, it shows that prenatal gantel yoga which is routinely done twice a week for 30 minutes can effectively reduce anxiety levels in mothers during pregnancy
Introduction: Anemia in pregnant women is one of the causes of antenatal bleeding and the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Sengkol Health Center in 2020 was 23.79%, and increased to 25.88% in 20121, so that it ranks highest for cases of anemia in pregnant women. To determine the effect of providing health education about iron tablets (TTD) for pregnant women on the adherence of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets at Public health center Sengkol. Methods: Pre-experimental research with The One Group Pretest Posttest design. The research sample was pregnant women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria as many as 30 people with a purposive sampling technique. The intervention was carried out, namely providing counseling in the class of pregnant women at the 3rd meeting for 20 minutes. Data analysis using paired sample test Results: Respondents' characteristics based on the level of adherence before health education, namely low by 24 people (80.0%), after health education the level of adherence was high by 27 people (90.0%). Statistical test results using paired samples test obtained p = 0.000. Conclusion: Health education about iron tablets (TTD) in the class of pregnant women affects the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets at Public health center Sengkol.
