Labor is human resources who have a very important role for the progress and development of an enterprise. Safeguards against labor was regulated in Law - Act as a regulation, which patent where involves safety of all the production and distribution of commodity and services. Based on the Results of some studies found that some accidents at workplace is due to human behavior who does not lead to his safety. Based on the results of the study some work accidents happened in PT. Sarana Agra Gemilang due to the workers who less their careful on their work that they did. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between behavior of health with the used of personal protective equipment (PPE) in PT. Sarana Agra GemilangKupang East Nusa Tenggara, 2017. This research is an analytic study with cross sectional study design is to know the relationship between the behavior with the use of PPE in PT. Sarana Agra GemilangKupang. The Population in this research was the workers at PT. Sarana Agra Gemilang the Population was 439 people. The researcher used random sampling method which each member / unit of the population has an equal opportunity to be samples, which obtained 99 workers as a sample. Analysis of the data in this research is descriptive, bivariate and univariate. The analysis in this research using Chi - Square is used to observe the influence and to determine the relationship between the respectively of independent variable and dependent variable with a value of p<0,05. The Consistent risk factors significantly influence the adherence was variable with values (p = 0.005)The model probability or the extend of adherence is formed from the interaction of variables that affect of working period simultaneously with the value of OR (OR = 0.053).
Community Partnership Program electric stirrer and storefront products for donuts, bread cakes and traditionalcakes have been implemented at business partners H. Harawiah and Toko Ujung in Kupang's Penfui market. Activitiesinclude the assembly of electric stirrers and cake display cases, training on the use and workings of tools, the process ofoperation and maintenance of electric stirrers and donut product storage window, assistance and reporting activities. Electric stirrer is a square steel plate, steel stirring rod, stirrer container, stirrer and electric dynamo. Stirrer specifications of dough capacity of 2-5 kg, dimensions of 60cm x 45cm x 53cm, stainless steel, 350 watts of power and 900-1200 rpm. The productstorage window is a 5mm aluminum and glass rod, dimensions of 100 cm x 40 cm x 100 cm. The method of implementation isthe provision of materials, the design and manufacturing of tools, demonstration of tools and the provision of tools by theteam, simulation of tools, counseling at partner locations and contributing to production resilience and mentoring activities.This community service output provides added value in terms of production, time and speed in mass production, and inhygienic and clean storage. Increase added value and selling value of donut cake products, fried bread cakes, traditional cakeswith a capacity of 2-5 kg driven by electricity, labor efficiency, increase partner productivity by producing 10-15 kg of breadper day or a mixture of 400 - 700 donuts, fried bread cake, traditional cake. Exhaust emissions are the residue from burning fuel which can cause air pollution. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design a system for reducing exhaust emissions of internal combustion engine. This study aims to determine the effect of absorbent concentration on the exhaust emission from internal combustion engine. The research was carried out in 2 stages, namely designing a system for reducing exhaust emissions from internal combustion engines and processing exhaust emissions by channeling exhaust emissions into an exhaust emission reduction system. The internal combustion engine used pertalite. The exhaust emissions consisted of CO, CO2 and HC. The absorbent concentrations were 0.05 M, 0.1 M and 0.15 M. The engine speeds were 800, 1000, 1500 and 2000 rpm. The paired-t test showed that the exhaust emission reduction system in this study can reduce exhaust emission. The one-way Anova test resulted the absorbent concentration affect the exhaust gas emissions, both CO, CO2 and HC which are expressed in the efficiency of reducing exhaust emission.. The greatest efficiency in reducing exhaust emission is CO2 of 67.95%. The lowest efficiency of reducing exhaust emission is CO, which is 46.92%, while the efficiency of reducing HC emission is 62.47%.
The study aims to determine the effect of using a mixture of methanol add on to pertalite to the performance of gasoline engines, especially injection system with a capacity of 250 cc engine with two cylinders. This research used experimental method with variables used in this research is mixture of pure pertalite (P), mixture of pertalite - methanol 90% - 10% (PM1), mixture of pertalite - methanol 80% - 20% (PM2), mixture of pertalite - methanol 70% - 30% (PM3), mixed pertalite - methanol 60% - 40% (PM4), 50% - 50% (PM5) pertalite - methanol mixtures, pertalite - methanol 40% - 60% (PM6). Variable related in this research is power, torque and working temperature of the engine. The results of this study indicate that the addition of methanol with pertalite fuel tends to produce lower power and torque, while the temperature of the radiator and exhaust system shows that the use of methanol mixture with pertalite fuel can significantly increase the engine temperature of the vehicle.
Stress describes physical and mental reactions or responses to psychosocial stressors that need attention in today’s global age. Work stress arises from the interaction of individuals with work, characterized by changes in individuals who force themselves to deviate from normal functions in the work organization. Work organization is the coordination of several individual activities planned to achieve a common goal through the division of tasks, functions, authority, and responsibilities. The upsurge of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA) is a global phenomenon. Hence, it is necessary to examine the impact of stress on employees in any work organization so that it needs to be reviewed previous research results. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the causes of stress levels that arise in work organizations among employees or members of the work organization. The method used is a literature review from the source of articles in the search for SAGE Journals, Emerald, and PubMed between 2018-2022, with a total of 10 articles that have been reviewed through a qualitative exposition approach. The results of the discussion show that each work organization has high work demands that cause stress in the future, so it needs prevention in training, development, adaptation, and communication to reduce the occurrence of stress that can damage the mental health of individuals.
