The skill of cardiac auscultatory is very important to physicians for accurate diagnosis of many heart diseases.However, it needs some training and experience to improve the skills of medical students in recognizing and distinguishing the primary symptoms of cardiac diseases based on the heart sound that heard. This paper presents a method for feature extraction and classification of heart sound signals. The S-Transform (ST) technique is used to extract the features of heart sound. Then, the features were applied as inputs to classifier. The Multilayer Perceptron Network has been used to classify heart sound cases. The performance of the technique has been evaluated using 250 cardiac periods of heart sound recorded from heart sound simulator. The result has shown over 98% correct classification which shows the method used is suitable to classify heart sound cases .. A heart sound feature extraction and classification method has been developed. It used the discrete wavelet decomposition and reconstruction to produce the envelopes of details of the signals for further extracting the features. Some statistical variables were extracted from the processed signals and used as the features for the heart sounds classification. A Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network has been used for classification of heart sounds. The performance of the proposed method has been evaluated using 250 cardiac periods from heart sound simulator. The proposed technique produced high classification rate of 92% correct classification.

This study aims to explore and describe the implementation of Culture and Arts instruction based on the revised 2013 curriculum of 2016 edition at SMP Negeri 3 Padang. This is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The research instrument was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing tools and cameras. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysiswas conducted through collecting the data, describing the data, taking conclusion and making suggestions. The results showthat the unisono singing instruction conducted by teachers in class VII-2 of SMP Negeri 3 Padang has not gone well and had not met the targets of the learning objectives and the objectives of the revised 2013curriculum. This can be seen from the planning, implementation, and evaluation. Thereisnorelevancy between the lesson plans and those implemented by the teacher in the classroom. Teachers do not fully understand the concepts and techniques of singing unisono so that students do not understand the subject matter. The results of the unisono learning evaluation of students in class VII-2show that the highest score got only reached 87, the lowest score was 75, and 10 students did not reach the cut score.Keywords : Implementation, Instruction, 2013 Curriculum

This study aims to find and describe the effect of Orgen Tunggal performance on the existence of Rabab Pasisiain Kambang Village, Lengayang District, South Pesisir Regency. This is a qualitative research using a descriptivemethod. The main instrument in this study was the researcher it self and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cameras. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The steps for analyzing the data are collecting the data, describing the data, and making conclusions. The results show that Orgen Tunggal performance can affect the existence of Rabab Pasisia in Kambang Village community, Lengayang District, South Pesisir Regency. Nowadays, people no longer understand the messages contained in Rabab, and Rababis viewed as entertainment only. There are factors which influence the existence of RababPasisia. Internally, the community more likely enjoys Orgen Tunggal. The people no longer understand the education value in Rabab, so it makes Rabab Pasisia unattractive. Externally, modernization and globalization rises. The existence of Orgen Tunggal which is increasingly popular in the community of KambangVillage, Lengayang District, affects the existence of Rabab as traditional entertainment which has moral messages.Gradually it also affects the intensity of Rabab performance on the community who enjoys Rabab, on messages Rabab delivers, on the existence of Rabab, and on the performance of Rabab. Rabab undergoes a few updates so that it still exists and is favored by the community.
