This is an entrepreneurship project that promotes awareness, as its main action is to make the school more appealing. Students have raised this problem and identified the main goal of improving the schoolyard spaces. Problems were surveyed and solutions presented, with the focus of intervention in green spaces, new paintings, and organization of leisure spaces. Contacts were initiated with different stakeholders, for the potential implementation of the solutions found in this project.
Hablar de los food trucks hoy en día en Barranquilla, es casi como hablar del pasado, debido a la particularidad que caracteriza a los Barranquilleros de tomar hasta la comida como algo de moda, así como a todas las cosas que giraron en torno al fenómeno de los food trucks en la ciudad. Al no poder movilizarse libremente por las calles, debido a las restricciones de ley, el negocio de los food trucks se trasladó a las plazas de comidas de food trucks, parqueaderos habilitados para vender comida, en las cuales los precios del arriendo por metro cuadrado superaba considerablemente el precio de un arriendo en un centro comercial y el cual exigía una prima de ingreso alta para ingresar; sin garantizar un número de clientes por día y sin darle a los propietarios la libertad de vender lo que ellos querían, pues si en la plaza ya había un negocio de pizza no podía haber otro de pizza. Además, no resultaba nada fácil para personas sin experiencia y con poco capital operar en un espacio de 2x2, era un modelo que estaba destinado al fracaso.
This article arises from research of a course in International Corporate Governance of our Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and applied in a company that has suffered a scandal which would affect its operations in Nicaragua. The analysis applied from the KISS Principles of the professor Dr. Martin Hilb of University of St.Gallen. The violations of law that underlie the case described in this paper stem from actions and omissions relating to BellSouth's subsidiary in Nicaragua, Telefonía Celular de Nicaragua, S.A.
