The acceleration of metropolitan city development toward economic growth has an impact on over-urbanization, energy scarcity, slum settlements, and environmental degradation. Slum settlements that are predominantly inhabited by the urban poor will require an increase in the productivity of economic enterprises through the empowerment process. This study aims to analyze (1) community empowerment functions as determinants of the use of renewable energy in handling slum settlement and (2) the effects of community empowerment, utilization of renewable energy, strengthening of institutional capacity, and productivity of economic enterprises on improving the quality of the slum settlement environment. The study approach used is a combination of qualitative–quantitative research. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study show that community empowerment, coupled with the use of renewable energy, strengthening institutional capacity, and community participation, contributes positively to increasing the productivity of economic enterprises and improving environmental quality toward sustainable management of slum settlements. The effect of economic empowerment, strengthening institutional capacity, and the use of renewable energy to improve environmental quality with a coefficient of determination of 78.5%. This study recommends socio-economic empowerment based on the use of renewable energy in the implementation of the Makasssar City toward environmental, economic sustainability and the creation of social cohesion.
Persaingan bisnis semakin ketat mengakibatkan banyak perusahaan harus mampu mengetahui dan memenuhi keinginan atau kebutuhan para pelanggan dengan tepat. Tingkat persaingan yang begitu ketat mengakibatkan banyak perusahaan tidak lagi memfokuskan aktifitas pemasaran semata-semata pada pencarian pembeli/pelanggan baru, namun sudah pada bagaimana mempertahankan serta meningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan. strategi yang mampu menjembatani antara pelanggan dan perusahaan terutama dalam hal kepuasan dan loyalitas adalah dengan menerapkan konsep yang disebut dengan Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya CRM baik terhadap kepuasan maupun loyalitas secara parsial serta mengetahui pengaruhnya CRM secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variable intervening dengan penarikan sampel sebanyak 60 orang atau pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi diketahui adanya pengaruh CRM terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 20,5% dan 79,5% sisanya di pengaruhi variable lain yang tidak diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan hasli pengujian koefisien determinasi pada persamaan regresi ke dua bahwa variable CRM dan kepuasan pelanggan mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 44,8% dan sisanya 55,2% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Namun hasil pengujian variable intervening menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan tidak menjadi variable intervening diantara CRM dan loyalitas pelanggan. Business competition is getting tighter, so that many companies must be able to know and fulfill the wants or needs of their customers precisely. The level of competition is so tight that many companies no longer focus their marketing activities solely on finding new buyers / customers, but on how to maintain and increase customer loyalty. The strategy that is able to bridge between customers and companies, especially in terms of satisfaction and loyalty, is to apply a concept called Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This study aims to determine the effect of CRM both on satisfaction and loyalty partially and to know the indirect effect of CRM on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable by drawing a sample of 60 people or customers. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination, it is known that the effect of CRM on customer satisfaction is 20.5% and the remaining 79.5% is influenced by other variables which are not addressed in this study. While the test results of the coefficient of determination in the second regression equation show that the CRM variable and customer satisfaction affect the level of customer loyalty by 44.8% and the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other variables which are not raised in this study. However, the results of testing the intervening variable show that customer satisfaction is not an intervening variable between CRM and customer loyalt.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh iklim organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Kantor Kecamatan Panakkukang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berkarakter probablistik menggunakan analisis jalur path. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Panakkukang District Office, Makassar City. The results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sinjai. Dimana rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana pengauh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas dukcapil Kabupaten Sinjai. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh gay kepemimpinan motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada kinerja pegawai dias Dukcapil Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dari 30 responden yang dijadikan populasi dan sample (full sampling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sinjai. The research question is how the leadership style, motivation and work discipline influence employees’ performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. The aim is to determine the relationship and the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. Data analysis methods and techniques used are quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression analysis where 30 respondents used as population and sample (full sampling). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. It was found that work discipline mostly dominantly affected the performance of employees at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil in Sinjai Regency.
