This study aims to examine and analyze whether firm size, diversification, and capital structure to the firm value. The design of this study was to raise the theory of Modigliani and Miller and fundamental theories in financial management that discuss some of the functional relationship fundamental variables that determine the capital structure and corporate value. The locations of this study are in the Stock Exchange Indonesia at Jalan Sudirman Jakarta and Makassar Capital Market Information Center. The data collection of this study conducted at the beginning of April to the end of July 2015. The study population was 150 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange until the end of 2014. Sampling is purposive sampling with criteria for manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of observation that is in 2006-2014, have complete data, have been audited by the auditor's opinion unqualified, published financial statements, and have positive equity, so that the total sample of 17 companies. The method used in this research is the analysis of structural equation modeling. The results showed no effect of capital structure on Firm's value. Diversification and Firm Size effect on firm value. Diversification has effect on capital structure. Firm size has no effect on the structure. No mediation effect of capital structure on relationship between diversification and Firm value. But there is mediation effect of capital structure to influence firm size on firm value.
The purpose of this research is to find out whether the marketing strategy is the marketing mix which consists of products, prices, promotions, places, people, processes and physical evidence applied by PT. Kharisma Sentosa Kendari can increase the sales volume of Daihatsu Xenia cars. This research is a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach, data collection using observation interview techniques with samples of employees and customers of PT. Kharisma Sentosa Kendari Branch. The results showed that the marketing strategy adopted by PT. Kharisma Sentosa Kendari in the form of a marketing mix which consists of products, prices, promotion of places, people, processes, and physical evidence has an impact on increasing Daihatsu Xenia's sales. For PT. Kharisma Sentosa Kendari, you should pay more attention to the existing HR resources that are friendly and agile in offering products to customers will provide additional value so that customers are affected to buy Daihatsu Xenia cars at PT. Kharisma Sentosa Kendari Branch.
This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on product purchasing decisions for New Era brand shoes (Study at the Mandonga Blessing Shoe Shop). The sample in this study were 30 respondents who were taken accidentally who had used and bought New Era brand shoes. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools.The study results found that simultaneously brand image and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand image and product quality have positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pengusulan PKM Pengembangan Usaha “Kabuto” dan Rekayasa Alat di Desa Kontunaga Kecamatan Kontunaga Kabupaten Muna Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara adalah membentuk/mengembangkan sekelompok masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomi dan target yang ingin dicapai mampu meningkatkan produktifitas para produsen dan pengecer “Kabuto” yaitu melalui rekayasa alat pengeringan dan fermentasi, penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan. Mitra dalam program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah: kelompok produsen “Kabuto” Ibu Wa Ndoisa sebagai mitra 1, dan kelompok pengecer Ibu Wa Murikawa sebagai mitra 2. Untuk mencapai tujuan dan target program PKM ini, maka mitra diberi pelatihan/Penyuluhan dan pendampingan selama kegiatan ini berlangsung. Hasil yang dicapai dari aspek produksi telah melakukan pembuatan alat pengeringan dan alat fermentasi setra bimbingan tehnis penggunaan alat pengeringan dan alat fermentasi. Sedangkan dari segi aspek kelompok, keuangan dan pemasaran telah dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya memahami perilaku kelompok, pemahaman tentang pemasaran dan keuangan. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Usaha, Rekayasa Alat, Kabuto.
This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility and profitability on earnings quality in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period, totaling 20 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool. The results of the study found that simultaneously CSR and profitability variables had a positive and significant effect on earnings quality. Partially, CSR has a negative and significant effect on the performance of BNN employees on earnings quality, while profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on earnings quality.
