Kepuasan kerja guru menjadi salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan, apabila guru merasakan kepuasan dalam dalam bekerja, maka akan tercipta semangat kerja yang tinggi sehingga tujuan sekolah dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Banyak usaha yang telah dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru. Diantaranya adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi yang sesuai, melengkapi dan menyiapkan berbagai sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan guru dalam mengajar, memberikan motivasi kepada guru dan lain sebagainya. Namun, usaha yang sudah dilaksanakan tampaknya belum memperlihatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru pada SMA Swasta Perkumpulan Amal Bakti 4 Sampali Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.
The purpose of this research is to study and analyze financial literacy on online shopping demand in millennials. The support used in this research is associative. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Validity and Reliability Test, and Regression Test. Data processing in this study uses SPSS software version 24.00. The results of the study prove the positive and significant fact of financial literacy on online buying interest.
