Background and purpose: The implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) is important to achieve strategic objectives based on quality services. For this reason, an evaluation is needed to find out how the benefits of HIS in the hospital work unit. This study uses the evaluation framework of Human, Organization, Technology (HOT) Fit which was introduced by Yusof in 2008. Methods: This research method was carried out using a mixed method approach where the quantitative approach was processed by using Partial Least Square. The sample was obtained through proportionate stratified random sampling, namely 201 respondents who were employees of HIS users in MHJS hospital. The research instrument used a questionnaire and was measured using a Likert scale Results: Based on the results of the t-statistic test, there is a misfit which appears in the insignificant direct effect between service quality on user satisfaction (p-value 0.062), service quality on system use (p-value 0.063), organizational structure for system use (p-value 0.492) and user satisfaction with system usefulness (p-value 0.188). Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the service quality because does not significantly influence user satisfaction and system use. System quality provides a dominant influence on user satisfaction, the use of systems and organizational structures so that management plays a very important role in the implementation of HIS in MHJS hospital.
Since the last 4 years the nurse turnover rate on Indonesian Hospital Case has shown an increase and reached the highest number (20.8%) in 2019 for contract nurses. If not anticipated it will disrupt the quality of service and reduce hospital performance. The high turnover rate also causes hospitals to incur additional costs for recruitment and training. Meanwhile, hospitals also need a lot of time to make nurses have the skills to provide quality care and meet the Patient Safety rules. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on nurse turnover intention in hospital industry. This study uses quantitative methods, to determine the causality relationship between related variables. Data processing is done quantitatively using SEM statistical test methods, to prove the hypothesis. The research sample was saturated with 282 nurses, both organic and contract, conducted since November 2019 until January 2020. Data processing is done quantitatively using the SEM statistical test method, to prove the hypothesis. Research findings: increasing OCB is an important thing to do by Indonesian Hospital Case management, because OCB is proven to increase the effect of job satisfaction in order to reduce nurse turnover intention. The voluntary attitude of nurses is the lowest OCB behavior in contract and organic nurses, so efforts are needed to improve voluntary behavior so that nurse turnover intention can be significantly increased. The results showed nurse turnover Intention was influenced by Job Satisfaction and OCB. The indirect effect through OCB is 1.43 times greater than the direct effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. Perceptions of turnover intention for contract nurses are moderate, organic is low, job satisfaction is moderate (organic nurses are more satisfied than contract nurses), and OCB is high (organic nurses are higher than contract nurses).
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Rahmah Malang is a primary level educational institution in Jabung District of Malang Regency. Since Class 1, students have been introduced to Arabic language lessons using a scientific approach. Through qualitative methods, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of Arabic learning using a scientific approach has been carried out by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Rahmah teachers. Various methods are used so that the scientific approach can be achieved properly. However, because they are still in class 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, the emphasis on Arabic is still directed to memorize mufrodat related to everyday themes. So the scientific approach is still not optimal to be implemented in grade 1 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Rahmah Jabung Malang.
