This study aims to analyze the organizational climate and job satisfaction in a supermarket. Methodologically, it is a qualitative research that consists of a survey study with the employees of the studied company. Data collection took place through on-the-spot interviews that raised questions about motivation, interests, satisfaction in the company and among other aspects. The results showed a considerably good degree of satisfaction, where many of the employees' expectations are met. In general, the study concludes that the organizational climate and satisfaction with the supermarket's work are adequate.
The objective of this study is to provide information on personal finance in the university public. The methodology used is qualitative, consisting of a non-university field study. As a result, the evidence that the existence of less knowledge about the subject, the importance of updating, and the use of an aid tool to understand their expenses, is a perspective of university students. Finally, the study concluded that students still do not have a way to save money, but intend in the future on the possibility of a reserve for eventual expenditure.
