Human resources within organization is very important to support the progress and quality of companies in achieving goals. Increased position is a very important factor for employee career planning and also to rejuvenate a position of occupation to be occupied by someone who has appropriate criteria to occupy a proposed position based on objective assessment and appropriate criteria variables. For that required a system that can assist leaders in making decisions for promotion of positions in accordance with what is expected from the company, it is necessary to design a decision support system using fuzzy database model Tahani method to assist in promotion.
Abstract.
Given a matrix A is ordo . Elementary matrix inverse multiplication produces inverse matrix A which is where I is an identity matrix and is an inverse matrix A. The problem discussed in this research is to find a solution the ordo of matrices by using inverse elementary matrix inversion method with the steps given in solving by completing the smallest ordo matrix first up until the ordo matrix .

Karyawan merupakan bagian terpenting di dalam perusahaan. Berdirinya suatu perusahaan tergantung pada karyawan, dimana kinerja karyawan dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan demi menunjang keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Setiap karyawan pasti memiliki kriteria itu antara lain adalah absensi, disiplin kerja, tanggung jawab, percaya diri dan kerja sama. namun ada masalah untuk menentukan urutan prioritas pada gaji bonus para karyawan, karena nilai kriteria pada gaji bonus karyawan berbeda-beda sehingga penelitian menjadi sebuah penelitian penulis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam menentukan urutan prioritas pada gaji bonus di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) III Sei Putih. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka urutan prioritas pada gaji bonus karyawan di PTPN III Sei Putih adalah percaya diri (0,336), disiplin kerja (0,221), kerja sama (0,214), absensi (0,176), tanggung jawab (0,109). Kata Kunci : Sistem pendukung keputusan, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).
<p>Queue is one of the phenomena that occur in everyday activities experienced by everyone. As a result of this queue many people turn to other places to avoid a queue and get more leverage. The purpose of this study is to study the performance of the queue system by modeling a single queue simulation. From the analysis of distribution test calculation will be obtained by queuing model. The measured system parameters are expected average speed velocity, average service speed expectation, chance of busy period, probability of all patient service in system, expectation of queue length, expectation of waiting time in system, and waiting expectation in queue.<br />Keywords: distribution test, queuing model, and system parameters</p>

This study aims to model the greenhouse effect and then predict the greenhouse effect in the coming period using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. In this case, time series analysis and reference data for 31 months are used, from the period January 2017 - July 2019, the results of the ARIMA model that are suitable for forecasting the greenhouse effect are ARIMA (4.2.0) with Mean Square Error (MSE) of 161885</span>
