The study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Value and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty with Customer Engagement as a Mediation Variable for Indihome Customers at PT. Telkom Manado. The population of this research were Indihome customers in Manado. Sampling was carried out based on Isaac Michael's table of 267 respondents. The research data were analyzed using PLS SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that Perceived Value and Brand Image had an effect on Customer Engagement but did not directly influence Customer Loyalty. Perceived Value and Brand Image affect Customer Loyalty through Customer Engagement with full mediation. Customer Engagement affects Customer Loyalty. Indihome at Telkom Manado has already good at Perceived Value and Brand Image. However, the product still couldn't drive the loyal customers to buy any add-on services or ensure to a long time subscription. The company need to find strategies that can improve the customer engagement and customer loyalty with Indihome as a product. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) on patient safety culture, service quality, patient satisfaction, and hospital performance. This research conducted in private hospitals in Manado City which are: GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital, Advent Hospital, Sitti Maryam Hospital, and Siloam Hospital. The research approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The population in this research is the inpatients. Data collection technique conducted by questionnaires, documentation and observation. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling (census). Data analysis conducted by using path analysis with the using SPSS ver. 25. The result of this research shows that the implementation of Total Quality Management impacted positively significantly on patient safety culture, the implementation of Total Quality Management impacted positively significantly on hospital service quality, the implementation of Total Quality Management impacted insignificantly on patient satisfaction, the implementation of Total Quality Management impacted positively significantly on hospital performance, Patient Safety Culture impacted positively significantly on patient satisfaction, Patient Safety Culture impacted positively significantly on hospital performance, Service Quality impacted positively significantly on hospital performance, Hospital Performance impacted positively significantly on hospital performance, and Patient Satisfaction impacted positively significantly on hospital performance.
This present study intends to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the local government of North Sulawesi. The population of this study includes the members of the Regional People’s Representative Assembly and the leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations managing the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). Those Regional Apparatus Organizations include Education and Culture Office, Health Office, Regional Revenue Service, Tourism Office, Public Works Office, and Auditor Inspectorate of North Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques employed consist of an interview, documentation study, and questionnaire dissemination. The analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the analysis, we found that public participation has a significant effect on the transparency of financial management; the internal control system has a significant effect on local government performance; the internal control system has a significant effect on public accountability; the internal control system has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports, and public accountability has a significant effect on the performance of local governments. However, public participation has no significant effect on local government performance; public participation has no significant effect on public accountability; public participation has no significant effect on the quality of financial reports; the internal control system has no significant effect on financial management transparency; financial management transparency has no significant effect on local government performance, and the quality of financial reports has no significant effect on local government performance. This study also reveals that public accountability is the mediating variable between the internal control system and local government performance.
